Summary
Angels and demons alike are at war. Aziraphale and Crowley are working to end the fighting from inside their legions. It isn't going well. But when the battlefield expands and they find themselves face-to-face, everything starts to go wrong. Not only that, but there is a village nearby, with children, and the fighting has reached into the fields, where humans are working. A group of children was at play when the fighting started and time paused.
Crowley makes a rash decision.
