The feline then tries to stand- his legs wobble, threatening to give out from underneath him. Once he feels at least a little stable on his feet, Ratchet wraps his fingers around the handle of his wrench and pulls it out of the muck.
“Clank!” Ratchet calls a little louder, lifting his head and taking in the forest surrounding him. Nothing but trees, rocks, and mud. So much mud. The Lombax presses the button on his glove for the intercom, only for the sound of crackling static to fill the forest. “Clank! Are you there? Come on- answer me!” He waits for a response. Still nothing but static.
“Sasha? Al? Helga?? Skidd???” Ratchet calls into the com. “Is anyone listening?!”
