He made sure that Chay was about to go to one of the best high schools in the city, although on an academic scholarship. But he could only shield him from so much. Chay noticed how Porsche barely passed high school and barely went to the community college because he was working multiple jobs to pay for the house and put food on the table. He noticed how Porsche would claim to not be hungry when they didn’t have enough food so Chay wouldn’t go hungry. He noticed when Porsche came home at three in the morning covered in cuts in bruises and a suspicious crumpled wad of cash in his pocket. And he certainly noticed the debt collectors practically breaking down the door late at night and messing up the house.

Just as Kim thought that at least he wouldn't die now, things took a more complicated turn because apparently, he was a singer named WIK who's been missing for almost 2 years. Now that was quite a shocker. Having to hide his secret identity from the boy, Kim started pretending to be that singer with amnesia while trying to figure out about this mysterious singer.
As dreadful as Kim thought his life would get, he found the camaraderie that developed over time to be quite pleasant—something Kim had never experienced. And the next thing he knew, he began to fall in love with the boy. (Also, fighting these unfamiliar horny thoughts)
But just then, with a change in circumstances, Kim faced the reality that impersonating the famous singer was a lot more twisted than he could have ever anticipated.
