Summary
The war ended, Michael lost, Lucifer won.
After that disaster and a victory that cost lives, Lucifer, Amenadiel and Chloe try to decide what to do with Michael.
Reaching an agreement wasn't so simple, especially because Michael managed after all, to make a deal to soften his sentence and thus, live his second chance on Earth.
Apparently, second chances don't mean freedom and the Angel of Fear would end up living his own hell on Earth under house arrest.
In his attempt to fulfill the requirements of his merciful brother and now God, Michael tries to find his place on Earth, but no matter what he does, nothing will ever be enough or valid in his brother's eyes.
Will Lucifer be able to keep this promise and at the same time maintain his relationship with Chloe?

Wingless, trapped in Hell and left to scrub its floors forever was not exactly the way Michael had thought things would end up. Apparently, Lucifer needed a few thousand years to cool off. That left him plenty of time to think...
Then Lucifer did the one thing that Michael had never thought he would do: He returned to Hell.... as its Healer.
Lucifer, the Devil, Healer of Lost souls? Ridiculous.
Even more ridiculous was his firmly stated purpose of Healing THEIR souls and reconciling their relationship. Restoring a brotherly bond that Michael had thought shattered past any hope of repair. But Lucifer was determined and Michael....didn't have anything left to lose. But a relationship sundered and poisoned by eons of pain and betrayal would not be an easy one to repair, and it would take some intensive therapy, and an almost sentient Hell-Loop, to make any kind of progress happen.

Now Michael has to learn to navigate life on Earth just the same as his twin: no wings and a bunch of people who would prefer him in Hell. The only things standing between himself and those lonely ashen pillars are three therapy sessions a week. With a woman who probably hates him. And Samael.
