When you get back from Skyhaven, BigManTM Sylus wants to know why you didn't answer any of his calls. He isn't satisfied until you agree to a visiting schedule so he can keep an eye on you in the N109 Zone more often. Caleb decides to install trackers all over you and your apartment in Linkon while he's away for the same reason.
When Caleb gets back, he's pissed. And Sylus knew everything all along.
