“We all know the story of Michael Afton; once a young, mean and brutish boy who brought unimaginable pain and sorrow to his family. It was a sorrow that had leaked out, and saw that many lives were affected, and where there was supposed to be fantasy and fun there were only nightmares and unimaginable horrors. As a boy, he may have inadvertently started these events, but as a man, he sought to put a stop to them and the man behind the slaughter. And that’s what he did, and it eventually cost him his life.

He has a new work truck, newfound respect at his job, a new friend, and maybe some devious plans to break in the new van with said friend who just can't help himself making the dog wisecracks that Arnie hates.
If Arnold has to be a dog, at least he’s going to be top dog.
“Okay, so you’re kinda nervous about getting in the driver’s seat of a truck again, but I’m sorta anxious about getting in the *back* seat,” Ralph admitted as Arnold ushered him into the cargo area of the van and gave him a slap right over the back pocket of his blue jeans for good measure. “I-I’ve never done this before.”
Arnold paused, kneeling on the van’s bumper. “Neither have I, so wanna stick to just making out today?”

That's it. Finally, a new location, after so many years of just trying to scour already looted abandoned pizzerias. Maybe now, you'll be able to find the answers you seek.
After falling into a ball pit at that very location, you find yourself in the year 1983, where you meet the well-dressed, smooth-talking co-owner of Fredbear's Diner. He seems to mean well and only try to help you. But something's... Off about him. Those grey eyes could pierce through stone, and he always looks like he tries to solve you like a riddle.
You're given a golden opportunity to prevent the murders from occuring to begin with, starting from that first tragic accident that started it all. But it never works out quite so easy, does it? Unfortunately not.
