Castiel Novak knew magic and witchcraft for his entire life. His mother and father were magic and attended the school that sent him and his older brother an emissions letter detailing that he is a wizard. This is going to be amazing.
Join the pair as they first enter schooling at the magic school, Hogwarts and develop their relationship over the years as they study together.

It's their Sixth Year, and things aren't looking good. Dean doesn't even know where to begin.
"What's it feel like?" He asks, gently.
"Pain." Dean doesn't know what to say in response to that, so he doesn't.
He supports him until Castiel can stand alone again, eyes closed and face tipped towards the sky. And Dean gives himself a moment to just... look. The harsh green light the Dark Mark emits settles as a neon halo in the Slytherin's disheveled raven hair. There are shattered pearls of unshed tears, aligned in broken constellations adhering to his eyelashes.
Dean, absurdly, wants to kiss him. He knows he shouldn't.
In other words, a plotty Harry Potter AU with a healthy dose of Novak Family Drama
