Summary
With a growing threat from the Iranian warlord, Afshin Sephtis, who threatens to destroy all of the US with his weapon, Project Coda, the US Navy assigns Pete "Maverick" Mitchell to reunite the Dagger Squadron and eliminate Project Coda before it can take more lives. Since five of the original members of the Dagger Squadron were murdered by Project Coda, Maverick is assigned three new pilots to train, including hotshot Victoriya Kazansky, daughter of Admiral Tom "Iceman" Kazansky. Victoriya, Bradley Bradshaw, and Jake Seresin are forced to set aside petty rivalries and work together as a team before their rebellious actions accidentally result in the destruction of their homeland.
