She's too busy handling her 10-year-old adopted son, MK, and her work as a healer to think of such thoughts, but when a seal on MK breaks, Pandora realizes that he is the son of two very powerful alphas: the Monkey King, Sun Wukong, and the Six-eared Macaque. And what happens after the two alphas find out the child they thought died was in fact alive, and how do they react to Pandora, and what IS Pandora? (Just an FYI: the characters in this story don’t get their second gender till they’re 15 or 16. And everyone looks humanish, not LEGOS.)

“Hold on, firecracker. Have you heard this one yet?” You see a gentle sunrise of gold and red as Wukong’s eyes meet yours. His face softened, his other hand touching your arm, his thumb lightly tracing one of the scars. His voice was firm yet soft, grounding yet light as he spoke, “You’re safe.”

Oh.
He keeps going, “You’re safe here. You’re safe with Uncle. With MK. With Tang. With all of them. All these years being alone in the dark without a candle to light your way? I can see in the dark, and MK can too now! I’m sure Uncle’s got a match somewhere and all you gotta do is provide the candle.”
He scoots closer, taking both your hands now and keeping your gaze. “You. Are. Safe. Even if shit hits the fan, you will not be alone to pick up all these broken pieces anymore. I’m here. We all are.”

Left with an even worse off sworn sister and a nephew that just learned to walk all ideas to pack up and go home are thrown out the window. Five hundred years later and with plans underway you might just be able to free Gongzhu's husband. But the memories of your home don't feel like home anymore. There's something almost funny about your life. You weren't like most of the demigods at Camp, not in the typical manner anyway; you didn't remember having family, and both Chiron and Dionysus were tight-lipped about it. You were never claimed, but you definitely had some sort of godly parent because you had powers and healed with ambrosia and whatnot. The concept of foreign gods didn't escape you, but you wouldn't say you counted to be one; you didn't have any of the issues that the ones who found out they were indeed foreign had, so it wasn't that.
You were an adult amongst teenagers, and for what it counted, you hoped to be better than the last one. You had taken most under your wing, more or less, with some implicitly seeing you as a parent and others still adjusting to the lifestyle you'd grown up with. There was a certain feeling in your chest whenever you looked at them, so young and hurt, and it burrowed deep inside of you.
You were used to be the one to be looked at when a problem arose.
You just didn't think it would lead a whole different pantheon no one had encountered that much. Or the truth about where you came from. Or the many children, biological(?) or otherwise), it led you to.

Time displacement without consent is bad as it is in theory. It’s worse in practice.
Tossed back into time by a time-manipulating array placed on an abandoned Mount Huaguo, you’re placed in a precarious situation. As a newly awoken seer, you’re found by LBD and are played into being her pawn in exchange for a way back home.
Unfortunately, once Destiny finds a favored path, it’ll figure out a way regardless of who interferes. Just because you’re a seer doesn’t mean you have control over what path should be taken.

Summary
"What's wrong?" Wukong asks, finger tracing just under your eye. It's meant to be soothing. All you can think is that if he pushed just a little bit, he could pop out your eye. Strong hands playing at being gentle. Part of you wants to grip his hand and push down, almost doing it yourself, using him as a weapon for hurt.
But too many people have already done that.
"...nothing," you say after a few seconds of quiet. Nothing's wrong. There is a nothingness that fills your usually racing mind, it weighs down on you like fog rolling over a moor. You don't want to do anything. You don't want to move. Or think. Or be. Everything is too heavy.
There is no spark of joy, no stimulus, when you stare at things you love, there is just an emptiness in your chest that leaves you wondering if you were ever capable of love to begin with.
