It's been over three years since Sectonia went into slumber and put her and the Dreamstalk's energy into holding off her inner darkness, and despite Taranza's best efforts, there's still no sign of a cure being found anytime soon. Now on her 48th birthday (also the sunniest day of the year), as the immortal Dreamstalk is tended to for the 1,207th consecutive morning (the vast majority of which he had been there for), a slowly demoralized, but still hopeful Taranza tries speaking about the past few years to his wife with hope that maybe, just maybe, the miracle they need is right around the corner.
