Summary
Orson Krennic survived the watchtower, and found in the Death Star's destruction an opportunity. After all, when everyone else who knew how it was constructed died on board, he had a few cards left to play.
This is the story of the construction of the second Death Star, featuring Krennic, Dedra Meero, and the many, many traps laid by ISB agents for the Bothans to discover.
As canon-compliant as I can make it, save for Krennic's survival. Will have Andor (TV) settings and characters but can be picked up by any who have watched Rogue One. Updates biweekly.

Summary
An Imperial-centric view of the Original Trilogy and the Legends beyond, focusing on the Imperial Navy and Army and their interpersonal relationships.
Not giving himself the chance to think it over, Conan starts rerouting circuits and main wires. The circuits are sharp enough that he wishes he’d stuck to uniform protocols for once and worn his gloves. Tiaan can lecture him about it later.
He flicks the switch and sends a generalised SOS on the short-range frequency.

So me and my friends are avid DND players. Most of the campaigns we have done can best be summed as "improvised shitposting". During one such campaign, we ended up creating "The Unified Territories of Gorbtopia", a technologically advanced empire with territories throughout both the galaxy and the multiverse that is led by a three-foot tall perpetually high gnome and his adopted schizophrenic daughter. The multiversal aspect of Gorbtopia swiftly led into jokes about Gorbtopia randomly appearing in far more serious works and franchises without explanation or context, which in turn led into me writing a stupid fic which may or may not culminate in Darth Vader, Lord of the Sith, getting Judo-flipped by a three-foot tall gnome.

Once the second Death Star is complete, there will be no chance for the rebels to bring the Empire down. Both sides want nothing more than for the war to end on their own terms, but for some, war and a life of servitude is the only thing they know. Except for those who also know how meaningless their lives are when pitted against the powers harbored by the Sith and the Jedi. Five such Imperial officers have witnessed the death and torture of their peers at the hands of the Force and wonder if there is a purpose to be served in laying down their lives for an Empire that would not do the same for them, or if maybe the rebels' cause is starting to make more sense.

The Imperials are headed to Tinnel IV for a gala and some patriotic fundraising. This just happens to be during a particular time of year that absolutely, non-negotioably... apparently... requires a very intimate type of decoration. Tiaan generously offers to be displayed, for the good of the Empire... and Conan, finding himself a bit jealous, goes over to have a rational and respectful conversation with his boyfriend. Of course, as Tiaan is gagged and bound, responses are tough to come by. That's all right--Conan will cheer himself up, anyway.

“Just us,” Conan echoed, and dragged Jerjerrod into another kiss.

Nor could Mas Amedda, who’d spent three decades at the Sith’s right hand, ever recall the Emperor scheduling “personal time.” Even Darth Vader, who kept his own counsel and wore his own grief, seemed a little off-kilter—if, in fact, a cybernetic murder-machine could be off-kilter.
So when the memo arrived, it set off a chain reaction that would have done credit to a rebel sabotage team.

Tiaan’s strangled groan might’ve passed for a transmission glitch. Might’ve. He wasn’t sure anymore.
“So here’s what I’m going to do,” Krennic said, resting his chin on one fist. “I’m going to sign off on your proposal. It’s clean. The math checks out. And frankly, I’m rather impressed you managed to maintain even this level of professionalism while your insufferably smug boyfriend works your cock like a polished control lever.”
Tiaan didn’t move.
Krennic’s voice dropped just a hair. “And I do hope you’ll consider paying that dedication forward the next time I’m presenting. Perhaps inspire some of your peers to up their game.”
Tiaan found his voice, if only barely. “This… was not… a deliberate display of multitasking.”
“Oh, I know,” Krennic said with a grin that could cut durasteel. “That’s what makes it so charming. You’re terrible at hiding it. But you’re still trying. Which is adorable.”

Summary
The leather warms quickly in Piett's hands. He hadn’t paid much attention when Tiaan talked about the quality, too taken by the thought of the harness sitting over Veers’ broad shoulders. He knows it’s the good stuff though, buttery-soft, yet very strong. Strong enough to withstand a series of tugs.
He meets Max’s eyes again when he gets the buckles undone. Max still stands very still in just his undershirt. At Piett’s raised eyebrow, he peels it away with calm, deliberate movements, just as quietly. Piett watches the stretch and bunch of muscle at the shoulder, the scar from a vibroblade caught just on the bone sitting prominently in view.
Helped by Tiaan Jerjerrod's excellent eye for detail, Piett finally gets Veers the gift that has haunted his dreams for such a long time now.
