Steve is a tattoo artist that is tired of people judging him on appearance alone. (Though he should probably take his own advice.) Meddling friends are meddling.
zacharypay1_Alisa enjoys "meet-hate to friends to lovers with a skinny!Steve and a nerdy!dorky!beefy!Bucky" so hopefully this accomplishes that. I also added my headcannon that Steve, if raised in the 21st century, would cuss like a sailor.
