Basically, this is a fic where Marco and Ace are both serial killers and Thtach and Izou are cannibals. Of course, no one is aware of this. While Sabo and Ace do wear each other name as soulmark on their bodies but they are purely platonic soulmate, and there's one side Shanks/Marco but that's way too minor we could just ignore it as well.
