Summary
Rei and Ritsu have always been very close. They grew up together and aided their parents in running the Sakuma Catholic School in New York City. One day, Ritsu discovers a filthy secret of Rei's which causes fallout between the two. After this incident, Rei is gone and no one can find him. As the years progress, the Sakuma family fails to keep people around long enough to run their school. they begin to lose money and eventually lose everything. Ritsu is left crawling towards Eichi to help. Eichi offers him security but has foul intentions behind helping Ritsu. Ritsu finds himself at an all-time low, constantly exhausted and confined to his own thoughts for comfort. Years of practicing his parents' faith have caused him to blame himself for all of his wrong-doings towards him. When he feels he's lost everything, a familiar face shows up to help him. This blooms a new chapter for Ritsu. He's guilty, but cannot deny his love for his savior.
