It was the day before Valentine's Day, Chiaki went out to grab some things to put together for her classmate's Valentines day gifts. Momomi was following her, helping her pick out gifts, and finding gifts for the students as well. It was softly snowing, leaving the top of Chiaki's pale mauve hair lightly coated with fluffy snow. Chiaki rubbed her white mittens together, trying to warm herself up.

"It sure is chilly out here..."

Monomi replied, "You can say that again, my ears feel like their about to freeze!"

"Oh, is that so? Then here," Chiaki pulled her warm earmuffs off of her head, and placed them on Monomi's.

"Ahhh... Thank you, Chiaki. That's much better!"

"Mhm!"

Chiaki and Monomi finally found a store on Jabberwock island that was filled with stuff for crafts. It also had a little area with Valentine's gifts in the corner. They kicked their shoes against the cement, forcing the snow off, and walked inside. It was so much warmer than it was outside, which was a big relief. Monokuma was standing at the register with a bowtie that had hearts all over it, he was obviously ready for valentine's day.

Chiaki greeted him, "Oh, hello Monokuma."

"Heeellllooooooo! and what are YOU guys getting for this special someone?" 

"Haha... we're just grabbing stuff for everyone," Chiaki chuckled, but she knew she was getting something extra special for someone in particular.

  Chiaki and Monomi made their way to the arts and crafts area, grabbing crafting paper, lined paper, tissue paper, paper bags, colorful beads and string, stickers, colorful pens, and some candy from the candy isle. Chiaki then came across something special, matching heart necklaces. One necklace said, "They're my valentine->," and the other said, "<-I'm their valentine". She instantly took the necklaces, thinking it would be perfect for that one person. 

  They were finally done shopping, so they went up to Monokuma to pay for everything. As Monokuma was scanning everything, the necklaces caught Monokuma's eye. 

"Ooooooohhh!!! who is that matching necklace for??" 

"You'll see," Chiaki said.

"Oooookaayy, That'll be $10.95, please!"

Chiaki handed Monokuma the cash, then greeted him goodbye.

    They headed back to Chiaki's dorm, to begin working on the gifts. Chiaki sat on her bed, and spread out all of the crafting items, then began working. Chiaki started making little letters that explained how much she appreciated everyone. She folded every letter into an oragami envelope, and stuck a heart sticker on the fronts of them. She then took the crafting paper, and made paper flowers out of them. After that, she took all of her beads and string, and made Kandi cuffs with each classmate's name on them. This process took hours and hours on end, usually it would take longer, but since Chiaki is an expert at making Kandi, it was a no-brainer.

  When she was finally done with all of her other classmate's valentines day gifts, she decided to start working on the "special person's" gift. She took another piece of paper, and began to write down how much she fell in love with this person. At the end of it, she wrote, "Will you be my player 2?<3" Instead of folding this one like an envelope, she turned it into an oragami heart. She also inserted a hug tab inside. From there on, she took her crafting paper and made a bouquet of paper flowers, and placed a heart shaped balloon that said "B my valentine?" inside the flower bouquet, that she also got from the store. She took a red and white paper bag with hearts splattered all over it, and put the flower bouquet, the heart balloon, the love letter, the person's favorite candy, and tissue paper inside. She then remembered that she had a small bottle of orange juice inside her small refrigerator, and decided to also put that inside, because she knows how much he loves orange juice. 

  She was finally done with everyone's gifts, It was 12:55am, and Monomi was already passed out on the floor, deeply sleeping with a glue stick in her hand. Chiaki cleared all of the clutter from crafting off of her bed. She was starting to get tired from all of the work she has done. The sleepy girl got up off of her bed, took the glue stick out of Monomi's hand, and capped it shut so it wouldn't dry out. She gently picked up Monomi, and placed her on the arm chair next to Chiaki's bed, so she wouldn't have an aching back in the morning from sleeping on the floor all night. Chiaki switched off the light, and tucked herself in her bed. She couldn't wait to give her gifts.

 It was finally Valentine's day morning, and Monokuma's morning announcement came on.

 "Gooodmorning, everyonee!! It is 10 AM!  If you didn't knoooww, today is loove day!! So todayyy, go out and give your gifts!! Buuut, don't forget mine!! Puhuhuu, okay! Buh-Bye!!"

The screen shut off, and Chiaki jumped out of bed, grabbing her coat and throwing it on.

 "Oh, good morning, Chiaki! Why such a rush?" Monomi said rubbing her eyes.

 "I wanna spend the whole day with that 'special person', so i better be quick," Chiaki quickly uttered while grabbing all of the gifts. She handed Momomi her gift, and rushed out of the door. 

  She went from door to door, handing everyone's gifts, while receiving some gifts as well. She finally got to "that person's" dorm. It was none other than Hajime Hinata's dorm. She started to get nervous, worrying that Hajime wouldn't like the gift, or he would say no to being her partner. She took a deep breath, and lightly knocked on Hajime's door. Hajime opened the door. Chiaki's face started to get all flustered. 

"H-hey, Hajime..."

"Oh, hey, Chiaki... is that for me?" he said, pointing to the gift. 

"Oh, yeah, it is, i actually have something to ask you..." She pulled the balloon from the bag, and held it in front of his face. 

After a few seconds, Chiaki decided to peak at Hajime's face, to see his expression. 

He was blankly staring at the balloon, "Oh! if you mean you're asking me to be your valentine, then of course!"

"Really? That's amazing..." Chiaki gleamed.

"Hehe, come inside. I wanna open the rest of the gift with you," Hajime gave a soft smile, and guided her to his sofa. 

He began opening the gift, smiling from ear to ear. 

"Thank you, Chiaki... I never thought someone would make me a gift. I'm honored." 

"Of course! There's actually one more thing inside..." She pointed to the little heart note at the bottom.

He pulled it out, and unwrapped it.

It said...

"Dear, Hajime.

 I've wanted to tell you this for a very long time, but I never had the right time to express how I truly feel about you, so I thought maybe Valentine's Day would be perfect for it. Hajime... I'm In love with you. Ever since I first started talking to you, I knew we had some sort of connection. You always know how to make me smile, even when my day goes horribly, you've always made it 10x better. I love every minute I spend with you, you're basically the only person I actually LIKE spending time with. You're my comfort place. You're whole overall personality is amazing. You're kind, caring, quiet, mysterious, You're also awkward, but its okay, That's what I like most about you. I just think you're the most perfect person a girl like me could ever ask for.

 Will you be my player 2?<3 

  - Love, Chiaki :)"

Hajime's face began to grow flustered. He has never received a love letter like this before.

"I-i...." He was so red, he was un able to speak. 

"So... you want me to be your... b-...boyfriend..?" He covered his face, trying to cover the redness. 

"Yes... will you?" Chiaki rested her hand on top of Hajime's.

He took his hand off of his face, and looked down at the hand Chiaki was putting her hand on, and looked back up at her.

"Yes, of course... I-i...I've been in love with you for so long..."
