Chapter Text

Ticking. That's all (y/n) heard as they tried to take a pitiful attempt of taking a nap. She tossed and turned. (Y/n) then aggressively grabbed a pillow and tried to use it to block out the noise. When it didn't help she yelled quickly tossing the pillow at the clock, smacking it right off the wall, and shattering.

With angry puffs, (y/n) glared at the now broken clock. That clock was a constant reminder that he moved on and left her. Just like how time moves on and leaves everyone in the past. She was now stuck in the past. She couldn't move on. She didn't want to

Soon her angry grunts broke into small sniffs, then full-on tears as she cried. She cried at how and why it happened. What did she do wrong?

She remembered how it all started. He was always a secretive man, but (y/n) didn't mind. Some things were personal, and she kind of guessed his past wasn't the best...

But then he said he had a secret job. Said it would only last a week. Something to do with the Jackle squad. (Y/n) should have asked. (Y/n) should have begged for him to stay. But she didn't. She let him go because he said he needed this.

It's been three months since (y/n) has not even gotten a call or text from her boyfriend. She had no idea if he was even alive, or angry at her. Deep down she knew he was still alive. She knows that sometimes he gets caught up and forgets to call but it's never lasted this long. Maybe a half a day or so, but never three months.

After Using her hand to removed her tears, she looked at the broken glass and clock on the floor. A broken clock was useless. A broken clock was only trash. To be thrown out with other junk. Abandoned and unloved. Deep down (y/n) thought of herself as that now same broken clock.

"Maybe that's why he left... I couldn't give him what he wanted... just like how this clock can no longer give what it needs to do..."

(Y/n) got on her knees picking up the shards and broken bits. She was slow and careful to not cut herself.

"Besides... I should be used to people just leaving me." She cried out. getting on her feet ready to move to the trashcan to throw away what used to be the clock.

When (y/n) dropped the glass into a trash bag, a tear rolled down her face. She was sad and hurting, but there was nothing she could do about it.

She was suddenly taken out of her deep thinking by an echoing voice. And echoing voice she knew! Zero!

"My dear why so sad about a broken clock?"

(Y/n) was frozen in place by how dark it sounded. That and she couldn't tell where it was coming from. She also had a bad feeling.

"The... the clock was useless." Her tiny voice got out as zeroes voice moved again, But she heard no footsteps.

"Hm, I suppose things like that can be weak and useless."

(Y/n) bit her lip holding back a sob. Those words shot though
She like a gun. Her hands were shaking. She needed to get ahold of herself!

A shadow suddenly cast over (y/n), but she was not going to turn back at him. She was not going to start crying in front of the man that had ignored her for three months.

A dark and low chuckle came from behind her. (Y/n) shoulders now shaking. She couldn't hold it in anymore. She had to ask.

"Is that what I am to you? This relationship. Am I just a thrown-away useless clock?"

Tears were threatening to spill again but she gasped feeling his arms suddenly go around her tight.

"I wouldn't throw you away. You're better than a clock." His voice had gone to a whisper, now voicing his concern. He could feel her tense as he tried to now soothe her.

"I... I was too focused on my job." His hands moved for her shoulder, giving a squeeze.
His voice suddenly became harsh "you're not trash."

(Y/n) let out a shaky sob, covering her eyes. "Then why come back now zero?"

His voice became loud as he laughed, making (y/n) tern around to finally see his new mask. It freaked her out. He looked like a villain now!

"To take what's mime before I start a war."

War? What on earth was he doing?! "W-- mph?!!!" (Y/n) had wide eyes gasping for breath. His claws held her to his chest as he started to laugh hysterically.

(Y/n)'s hands tried to scratch and remove the cloth that was being tied around her mouth.
(Y/n) could tell it was slightly drugged. Not enough to put her to sleep, but enough to make her too tired to fight.

Fear ran through her as zero pinned her to the floor. Harshly cuffing her hands together, except it wasn't rope. It was electrical. He had gotten high-powered cuffs.

Another cry left (y/n) as he finished getting her down.
(Y/n) was breathing heavily due to her struggles, but she was no match for zero. He was somehow suddenly stronger.

"Yes, that's it. Breath in the chemicals." His voice was smug as he removed the tear that was running down her eye.

A weak sound came from (y/n) as he picked her up in his arms.

"Don't worry. I could never hurt you." He rested the forehead of his mask on (y/n)'s a content sigh coming from him.

Another small weak cry came from (y/n) as the jacket started to laugh.

"I go by a new name now. I'm infinite." His tone was demanding as he got a red aurora and started to fly before they teleported off

(Y/n) shut her eyes. This was an emotional Rollercoaster. Her boyfriend had just kidnapped her and now there was this weird noise. She was going to be Nauseous with all this red light. A weak groan came from (y/n) when it finally stopped, but what she heard next terrified her. She heard a cell door open

Still in his arms (y/n) whined at the bright light. The cell was big but barely had anything inside. Just a metal bench.
She tried to struggle, her body screaming at her to stop.

Infinite laughed and softly laid her down on the metal bench. "This is so you won't run away. I'll fix it up later."

He leaned over her, looking into (y/n)'s eyes. Her eyes showed how drugged she was as he chuckled. Truth be told he bearly drugged it just so he wouldn't have to hurt her. (Y/n) was his after all, and he wouldn't damage what's already perfect.

Infinite lifted his head when the speakers came on. (Y/n) was filled with fear from who she heard talking. Eggman.

"Infinite get over here so we can start! Stop messing with your toy!"

The jackal gave a tisk but glanced at (y/n). She was drugged enough to fall asleep on her own now, which she was fastly fading.

He gave a triumphant grunt as he removed the rag. "Sleep well." He cooed before teleporting off.

(Y/n) didn't have a choice anymore. Her body had given in.

Chapter Text

Its been hours, or was it days? (Y/n) had no sense of time anymore. She had just woken up to this empty cell. She was thankful the cloth was gone.

While she was here she noticed a lot about this cell. It was made strong. At least compared to the other tiny cells she could bearly see. It was made to keep the most dangerous prisoners, but (y/n) knew she was not dangerous.

It had hard metal bars. Normal blades would not cut it. The only way to open it was to put in the code, or someone hacks it. (Y/n) sighed. She couldn't even walk around in here. Yes, there was room but these eclectic chains wouldn't let her hop far.

(Y/n) quickly looked up hearing someone walk in. It was infinite. (Y/n) felt fear rise up. She wished she was happy to see him.. she really did, but This was no longer the man she knew.

Infinite was holding a tray of food as he came into the cell. "My dear, I brought you lunch."

(Y/n) wanted to cower. She wanted to move Way. So she scooted over trying to move away. It wasn't far but it was enough to trigger his anger.

His hand was fast and sharp. He harshly grabbed her cheek making (y/n) look at him. " don't move away from me." Once again his voice was harsh and demanding. Yelling at the top of his lungs.

"If you won't stay, then I'll make you." He growled. Digging his claws into her flesh. (Y/n) gave out a muffled cry of shock. There was no blood. It didn't hurt. It was just harsh.

"My lovely (y/n). You need to eat." His voice snapped back to loving and kind. In his other hand, he held up a spoon.
"Here, I'll feed you."

(Y/n) tried to shake her head but winced hearing metal bend. The spoon handle was crushed in his hand.

"I said. Let. Me. Feed. You." He held the spoon closer. His other hand gripping her cheek still.

(Y/n) winced. His grip kept her from moving her head. She had to speak now. It was like a soft mouse squick. Quiet and quick. "O-ok.."

Infinite instantly relaxed and raised the spoon to her lips.
(Y/n) opened her mouth to take a bite. She felt useless. She didn't need him to feed her.

Infinite instantly got another scoop of food. "That's it dear."

When (y/n) was done chewing he held the spoon up again. Letting her take another bite. Bit by bit. Bite by bite. Infinite fed her. He wanted to take care of her. He dropped the bent spoon in the bowl when it was empty.

Infinite gave a content sigh. Meanwhile (y/n) shifted uncomfortably.

"Ze--" she quickly stopped seeing the death glare and gulped.

"I, I mean Infinite." She squeaked out
"Why are you doing this. Keeping me in a cell..."

Infinite reached out for her. His hand ran through her hair. "I have to take care of my perfect darling, don't I?"

(Y/n) disagreed. He wasn't taking care of her. This was something more.

Infinite laughed seeing (y/n)'s expression. He leaned closer. "I promise once I win this war, no more cell."

Infinite lifted up his mask just enough to give a kiss on her nose. "Just to keep you safe. Yeah, that's it." He sounded like he was trying to convince himself of something. But they both knew full well she would never leave this cell.

"I must go. I'll bring back a Souvenir, for today we are taking our first city." He moved to the door to leave.

(Y/n) physically relaxed once he was out of sight. He was getting worse to handle. If this even counted as handle. He was controlling and touchy. She couldn't even walk around her cell!

A loud sigh escaped her. The only noise she could hear. Jist her breathing. Nothing else. She was alone with nothing to do. There was nothing in the cell to do anyway. (Y/n) grew bored, and the only thing she could think of was to sleep, but even that was uncomfortable.
A metal bench for a bed is cold and hard. It had no comfort. It had no support. Just plat metal, but what else could she do?
Uncomfortable sleep it was then.

A loud bang Jolted (y/n) awake, making her yelp and fall to the floor. Struggling to sit up she saw something blue in the cell next to hers. It was beaten up pretty badly... infinite took out sonic the hedgehog!

(Y/n) shrieked back seeing infinite take out his rage on sonic. The way he spoke terrified her. It was dark and evil. Mensing. Dangerous.

(Y/n) heard sonic give a noise of pain as infinite spoke. "You are lucky the doctor wants you alive for now." The cell door slammed shut. The blue hedgehog not moving from the floor. He was in no shape to move.

(Y/n) had a face of horror as she watched the blue hedgehog, but her worry soon became for herself as infinite stopped in front of her cell. Still, on the floor, she tried to move away, though proven difficult with the cuffs. She was running on adrenaline. Full-on fear of what used to be her boyfriend.

"Now you." Infinite opened the cell walking into his panicking darling.

A loud cry of fear left (y/n) "infinite please!" She was barely able to move her hands to cover her head, and all he did was laugh. (Y/n) had her eyes shut tight as she heard him knelt down with a laugh.

"Darling what is all this? Did I startle you that bad?"

(Y/n) freaked feeling his hand on her arm. She yelled and quickly moved to the wall as best as she could. "Don't hurt me." She begged.

Infinite was deeply offended. He saved her. He is taking care of her. And she was scared? A low growl came from him as he quickly grabbed her foot, quickly pulling her back harshly. He crawled on top of her snarling.

Sonic had wide eyes and grunted in pain. Even beaten he was the hero. "Get-- get off of her!"

Infinite's head snapped to him. Red cubes started to fill the room with his anger. He quickly got up. Leaving poor (y/n). He marched over to sonic, ready to shut him up for good

(Y/n) winced hearing sonic getting slammed into the wall.
"Stay quiet you pest." When sonic tried to speak again, infinite slammed him into the wall again, this time making him pass out for a second time.

Infinite smirked under the mask as he walked back over to his darling. "Now where were we?" He knelt down.

"Ah, I remember." He crawled back over (y/n) who was sobbing at this point. Tears ran down her face. One of his hands removed her flowing tears.

"Now now my darling. I can't hurt something so perfect now can I?"

(Y/n) shifted uncomfortably under him but gasped when his hand slowly trailed from her cheek to her shoulder, to her hip.

"Perfect indeed." His voice had a weird tone. A lustful tone... His free hand slowly removed the mask. A large toothy smirk was there. He slowly set the mask down on the floor. His other hand still on her hip

(Y/n) was sobbing louder. "No please." Begging was not getting her anything.

Infinite laughed as he leaned down, placing a gentle kiss at first. (Y/n) whined trying to push him back, but that just made infinite laugh through the kiss. He was enjoying her struggles angst him.

"You used to love my kisses (y/n)" his voice was teasing as his tail wiped back and forth.

"That was before... your kidnapping." (Y/n) whined out. Her voice was in a small whisper.

A tisk was heard from the jackle before he burst into laughter. "I told you before it was to keep you safe." His free hand griped (y/n) chin, making her look at him.

He suddenly got a smug look. "My (y/n). Away where no one can get to you. No one can hurt you." His smirk got wider. Almost insane. "All m I n e."

(Y/n) let out another cry hearing his hungry growl. She wined feeling him kiss her cheek, slowly making his way down the neck with kisses.

"S-stop. Infinite." (Y/n) begged as infinite pulled back with a raised brow.

"Stop? No. I will take care of you. I will love you. I will make sure those ditching friends stay away from you." He snarled. His grip tightened.

(Y/n) shut her eyes. Her greatest fear was people leaving her. It happened so much to her. Just being left behind. Not useful anymore.
Infinite knew this, and she knew he was gonna use it against her.

"(Y/n), look at me." His voice was cold. When his darling didn't reply he snarled speaking again. "I said L O O K AT M E." He was yelling so loudly.

(Y/n) tried to flutter her eyes open tears forming again.
Infinite quickly calmed down. "That's right, just look at me. I won't leave you."

(Y/n) refused to say anything back. Anything she said or did make him angry.

Infinite just held eye contact with her for the longest of time. Just both of them looking in silence. Infinite finally got off of (y/n), picking her up to put her back on the metal bed.

"Ah, I almost forgot my souvenir for you." Laying her down so infinite could use his hands to pull out some things.

"The first one is a blanket, got it from the town I destroyed. Figured you were cold." He gently lays it down on his darling. "The second is a flower from green hill... though not so green there anymore." He carefully put it on her hair.

(Y/n) used to love when zero snuggled her in a blanket and put a flower on her. It was a lovely gesture, but this was possessive.... and it was from his rain of destruction.

"My dear, I have to go. As much as I want to spend my time with you, the doctor is waiting for me." He kissed (y/n)'s nose before putting the mask back on. He closed the cell and left.

(Y/n) was now alone in her cell. Well not alone alone, but sonic was passed out cold. Infinite really did a number on him...

Chapter Text

(Y/n) couldn't go back to sleep after he left. That's all she could do in here, and she had enough of it. A soft yet shaky sigh left her mouth. How many hours has it been? She had no idea. (Y/n) hasn't seen the sun for who knows how long.

(Y/n) was taken out of her thoughts hearing the blue hero move, a painful groan escaping him.

"Oh good Gaia you're still alive?" (Y/n) had wide eyes. She was for sure that he had passed on in his sleep after that beating.

Sonic lifted his head up. He was still incredibly hurt, one eye was now swollen. "I've been in worse." He grunted. His expression changed to worry.
"How long have you been here?"

"I... I don't know. I lost track of the days." (Y/n) was not speaking loudly, but enough for sonic to hear.

"Why are you here?" Sonic was baffled that infinite even had someone like her in here. These great big cells. Now sonic could understand him being in this type of cell, but this girl? She looked harmless.

"He... he kidnapped me...." (y/n) became silent before speaking again. "I was dating him."

Sonic was taken back even more. He was speechless. "How does your family and friends not know you're gone?"

"Easy... he was my last friend and family... before.. this" (y/n) looked away. Everyone left her. She wasn't good enough for anyone to stay... and now she was in a cell with infinite being all weird.

Sonic looked sad at her. Sonic had a lot of friends. They stuck by his side no matter what, but he was saddened to see her so alone. He got even sadder realizing all she had was Infinite and he kidnapped her.

"You know, I think my friends would like you." Sonic got a smirk trying to find a bright side.

"... and how will I meet them? If you haven't noticed, he... won't let me go."

Sonic gave smug look. "I can escape anything. One way or another."
Sonic seemed proud about that fact.

Why was he trying to cheer her up? They were both caged. They could both die here. He was so quick to talk to her. He was so quick to say him and his friends would take her in.

"Why." (Y/n) spoke without thinking.

"Huh?" Sonic looked back over.

"Why... why are you being so nice to me? Talking to me. Talking about your friends..."

Sonic was silent before he gave a calm smile, scooting closer to the bars. "I know what its like to not have a family, and my friends are my family. I'm sure they will think the same with you."

(Y/n) blinked. Her heart had suddenly gotten hope. After all these years, maybe she would finally have real friends once she started looking in the right places.

But just like that, that hope was crushed. Smashed into useless bits. Sonic was suddenly thrown into the wall. Infinite had come in. "Don't give her foolish ideas." His voice was dark and spat angrily at sonic.

"In fact, you shouldn't even talk to her you worthless rat"

Infinite was instantly by sonic and smashed him into the wall again. holding him by his neck.

Sonic was gasping for air. The dint in the wall was getting bigger. (Y/n) was in terror.
Before infinite could do any more damage (y/n) cried out.

"Please stop!" Tears were running down her face as infinite dropped the now passed put hedgehog. Infinite really wanted to kill sonic but had agreed with Eggman to wait.

The jack turned to his darling, who was sobbing. Tears ran down her face and for the first time, she got up and out of her spot on her own.

For the first time in a long time (y/n( forgot about her fear and yelled at him. "Just what is wrong with you?! You kidnapped me! I'm always cold or dirty because I can't leave this cell! You started a war! Why... why?! You were never like this before you disappeared on me!!"

(Y/n) finally letting out her anger, her tears, she only had one thing left as she fell back to the floor sobbing. Fear

She looked up at him when he came closer. His death glare scared her. "Infinite... you Terrify me..." she got out with gasps as her head fell. Looking at the floor. She didn't want to look at him. She couldn't.

It was silent for a bit. The only sound was (y/n) heavy breathing. That was before infinite's fist hit the wall next to her. (Y/n) screamed as his other hand harshly grabbed her face, forcing her to look at him.

The dark jackal was livid.

"Don't talk back to me like that!! I saved you! I stayed with you! Unlike your friends!"

(Y/n) gave a loud whimper as infinite kept yelling.

"I did everything for you." His breathing was heavy within the mask.

(Y/n) was trembling in his grip.
His heavy breathing slowly turned into a wicked laugh.

"You have no idea what I even did for you. Who I took out for you."

(Y/n)'s eyes widen. He did what?! Her bottom lip quivered.

Infinite snarled. "Your foolish friends had no idea what even was coming."

"You... you didn't." (Y/n) squeaked out as finite just laughed.

"They hurt you. It was only fair I took out the trash."

(Y/n) finally started to struggle. All the fights or disagreements with her friends. All the times (y/n) went to have new friends.... he killed them.

"You are a monster!" Tears were running down her face. This must also mean... he killed her family. They didn't just disappear or left because they hated (y/n). They were dead.

"Get away from me!" (Y/n) was using her hand trying to hit infinitely.

His anger came back really quick, as his other hand suddenly lifted her up by her neck. She was gasping slightly.

"How dare you call your savior a monster!"

Infinite's grip tightened around the poor girl's neck. He could see the fear and the struggle in her eyes. And just like that, he dropped her.

(Y/n) was coughing. Tears still running down her face. Her neck hurt. It is fit on anger, he had truly hurt her.

Infinite snapped his head over to (y/n) who instantly gave a strained scream and tried to shield herself.

The jackal was still livid, but he also felt guilty. He almost killed her just like that... all because she was fighting him!

InFinite had a lot of thoughts running through him. He tried to get closer to comfort her, trying to hold back his anger.
It got worse when she moved back sobbing more...

Infinite had a growl. She just needed some time to get over it... so he teleported off. Though deep down he knew he left so he wouldn't hurt her like that again.

(Y/n) sat there hugging her knees. Sobbing for hours....

Chapter Text

(Y/n) was sobbing for hours. Their eyes were dry and their throat hurt and sore, yet she kept crying. Even with no tears to shed. The reality of what he said to her, to what she found out, hit her hard. How many years has she believed his lies? How many years was he hiding his true evil self?

How long has he manipulated her like this...?

(Y/n) let out another sniff. Sonic was still out but alive. Somehow. This place was hell. This cell was hell.

(Y/n) heard the door open but stayed facing by the wall. She didn't want to see whoever was there. She didn't want to deal with him!

Based on how it was silent with a red glow, (y/n) knew it was infinite. She tensed but didn't move.

"My dear I think we should talk."

He got silence back.

A low growl came from him in annoyance. "At least look at me!"

Still nothing.

A large snarle escaped infinite but his anger is what got him in this mess. All those years he worked to gain her trust, flushed down the toilet just like that. All to one little outburst.

(Y/n) gave a cry in fear as infinite grabbed her shoulder. She moved closer to the wall. Well as much as she could. There was no space...

Infinite held back a growl this time, but bearly.

"You want to be stubborn? Fine. " Infinite huffed and without warning, he yanked (y/n) up and over his shoulder.

(Y/n) gave a scream and tried to fight him. "No, please!! Don't hurt me!"

Her please fell on fear ears as infinite walked out. She kept wailing and sobbing.

(Y/n) was in too much of a panic to see where he had taken her. It was only when she heard a door lock and being out down she realized. A... bathroom?

Her breathing was still heavy but looked around. How long has it been since she saw a bathroom? Her eyes then landed on the tub. There were bubbles floating around it.

(Y/n) was in shock, and finally glanced at the jackal. She wanted an answer.

"You said you were cold and dirty. From now on I will take better care of you." His voice was low as his hands moved for her electric handcuffs.

It felt like a weight taken off your arms and shoulders. Both physically and mentally. (Y/n) hated those cuffs on her legs and arms.

Infinite bent down to free her legs next, but (y/n) was just looking at her hands. She could see little red marks.

Her relief only lasted for a few seconds when infinite spoke again.

"Undress."

(Y/n) felt her mouth dry. She couldn't think of a response. She may have been dating him before this mess, but that does not mean she wants him to see her nude.

Infinite put the cuffs by the sink and spoke again.

"I'm not asking (y/n)"

(Y/n) couldn't stop the heavy breathing as she tried to back up. The door. She had to get to the door! Without thinking she ran past the jackal and grabbed the handle. Only she cried in pain when she felt the power of the red cubes. It was covering the door. He wouldn't let her leave...

"I'm not going to do anything bad. I'm going to wash you. Now undress or I will do it."

He waited for her to respond, but (y/n) just stood there, holding her stinging hand.

"(Y/n)." He had a more stern tone as he got closer.

(Y/n) let out a sob falling on her knees. Her shoulders were shaking. She couldn't handle this. She couldn't win.

(Y/n) winced when his hand grabbed her shoulder.

"Very well. You made your choice." He sighed disappointedly. Kneeling down he carefully rubbed a circle on her back, trying to put an effort into calming her down.

(Y/n) hated his touches now...

Infinite soon stopped comforting and started to carefully undress (y/n)

(Y/n) tried to keep the clothes on but was a losing battle. She ran out of adrenaline. A tear rolled down her face. (Y/n) felt ashamed.

"There you go, my dear." His comforting words fell on deaf ears. The jackal didn't care. He scooped the girl up. Walking to the bathtub.

"The water is warm. Should take care of your shiver"

The shiver is one of fear (y/n) thought to herself. Fear and shame.

Carefully she was set down in the water. The bubbles felt good and covered her body well.

The steam also felt nice. (Y/n) didn't want to relax in front of this jerk.

But he didn't leave.

The dark jackal gave a hum of approval as he moved for shampoo and a small cup.

"I'm gonna wet your hair love. Be still."

Before (y/n) could argue, infinite got to work. He poured warm water over her. Her body relaxed. The warmth was something she missed dearly, but she didn't want this. She could clean herself.

Infinite was going to start shampooing, but (y/n) tried to move for the bottle. Only for it to be snatched.

"No, don't you dare lift a finger. Your gonna relax" his voice sounded calm but the look in his one visible eye said it all. He was trying to hold back his anger.

(Y/n) gulped. She didn't want to be hurt again... she had no choice but to give in.

Infinite started to scrub her hair. It was gentle. Dare she say it even felt good. (Y/n) was not gonna let him know, however.

His hands ran through her hair, Massaging her scalp.

Soon it was time to wash off her hair. He was careful to not get any water in her eyes

(Y/n) just sat there awkwardly as he rinsed her hair. What shocked her next was Infinite hands landing gently on her shoulder.

(Y/n) let out a shocked gasp and tensed up. Her neck still hurt. Her mind started to race. Was he going to hurt her again?

A cry of fear came from (y/n) as the jackal gave a soft laugh. His hands were rubbing and messaging her shoulders.

"Please my dear. Im not going to hurt you. Just behave." He cooed at her.

That was not comforting to hear. (Y/n) wanted to lay down in the water and die. She hated this. She hated every second, but she was too afraid to move.

This was not comforting. This was not relaxing. Months ago she would have loved to be pampered by him like this.
But that was the past. This is now.

(Y/n) gave a small "eep" when his hands went slightly lower and into the water. This just made him laugh.

"Relax." His mask was right by her ear now. Trying to mutter lovely things.

One of his hands let go of her. Moving for the body Soap, the other still rubbing (y/n)'a back.

He finally stopped, as he needed to wash the rest of her. The whole time he whispered things of praise.

(Y/n) was not feeling any cleaner. She felt dirtier every time he touched her.

He wouldn't let (y/n) clean herself. He wouldn't let her scrub herself, and by the time it was time to dry. He didn't let her do that as well.

The tub started to drain as infinite moved for a towel.
His back was turned from (y/n) just for a moment.

(Y/n) took this chance to try and go for the door again, only she got up too quickly. With a loud scream, she slipped on the tub.

(Y/n) shut her eyes waiting for impact and pain. Only she felt something fuzzy? Why was it warm?

Cracking her eyes open, she gasped in fear again. She was being held by infinite. His arms looped around her. Her naked body touched his.

(Y/n) gave a gulp and slowly looked up to his mask. His hands squeezed her flesh slightly.

"You could have hurt yourself, love."

He wasn't giving her any room, even when he set (y/n) on her feet. His one arm now looped around her back, pushing her to him. His other hand removed the mask.

(Y/n) was shaking again. From the cold, fear, or being right out of the tub, she wouldn't know. If she had to bet. It was fear.

The mask dropped to the floor. His now free hand grabbing (y/n)'s chin.

His expression was unreadable as water dripped from (y/n)

Infinite seemed to be frozen in time. Only for a moment though. He let her go and moved back for the towel.
"Let's get you dry"

Infinite started to wrap (y/n) up in a towel. His touches linger.
Infinite sat her down in a plush chair before moving to grab a brush.

(Y/n) held by a whine. Guess she wouldn't be able to brush her own hair as well...

The jackal got behind her. He started to undo tangles. Her damp hair stuck to his hand as well. Brush after brush, he got a tangle out. It was almost like a child brushing their doll's hair.

In fact (y/n) was starting to suspect that with every brush.
There were no more tangles, why was he still brushing?

Infinite gave a small hum, too deep in thought to say real words.

All (y/n) could do was sit still and wait.

It felt like forever, but infinite finally got his fill. He set down the brush before moving to grab her hand. He helped her up carefully, as (y/n) held the towel to her body.

"Let's get you some clean clothes."

"I.. erm.. infinite?" (Y/n) finally spoke, but it was a pitiful whisper.

"What is it dear?"

"Can I have room to dress myself?"

(Y/n) was met with silence as they made eye contact.

Infinite had a straight face. Once again (y/n) could not read his expression.

Infinite soon took in a deep breath, as if to shove something back. "No."

(Y/n) frowned more as infinite brought her to the counter. Right next to the handcuffs were new clothes. (Y/n) has never seen this outfit before. Which means it wasn't from her house. Infinite had picked it out...

Infinite carefully picked up the clothing, then moved to (y/n). He dressed her like a doll. A careful and lovingly. His hands once in a while ran down her back or landed on her hip. It was unwelcome touches.

(Y/n) wanted to burst out and yell for him not to touch her. However, her mind remembered what happened the last time she yelled. She was still suffering the consequences...

(Y/n) was too deep in thought, that she didn't notice the handcuffs put back on her arms and legs. It wasn't till infinite put the mask back on and scooped her up that she did.

"You look tired. Let's get you to bed love."

(Y/n) heart sank thinking of that metal bench. It was hard and cold...

Infinite chuckled at her expression. "I told Eggman to make changes to your cell. Trust me you will like it."

Infinite walked out the door and into the cell room. There was now a bed, with a mountain of pillows and blankets. The other thing... was the metal wall that was now there. It blocked you from seeing sonic. And it was so thick there would be no way for her to pass stuff to sonic or help.

She felt like a trapped doll...

Infinite walked into her cell, placing (y/n) on the plush bed. He tucked her in and whispered some loving things.

"Sleep well darling."

(Y/n) did not sleep well that night. The events running 5hough her head. What a day....

(Y/n) finally woke up. She had no idea if it was morning or night. Every day was the same now. Infinite would feed her, wash her, and dress her. That was her routine in this dark cold cell. Even with a blanket around her and on her bed. It felt cold and heartless. No life whatsoever.

She still talked to sonic when infinite wasn't around. She didn't want to see infinite take out his rage again. This jackle who was her boyfriend was a monster. A control freak....What's worse is that (y/n) couldn't even pass anything to sonic. The new metal wall was just too thick. Even if she went to the side with the bars. She couldn't reach over the wall. Even if she could have on over with these cuffs on her arms and legs.

Even if both of their situations sucked, sonic still had his positive attitude. Though (y/n) grew more worried for his life and everyone else in these cells...

The Eggman empire was almost done, at least from what infinite said, And once it was, they would shoot sonic into space with no food. Nothing to help him. He would die... they wanted sonic to know they had the last laugh.

(Y/n) had lost hope. A sigh escaped her. "Still alive sonic?"

"Still kicking."

(Y/n) sighed, trying to hold in tears. Honestly, she was surprised. "Do you still think your friends are coming?"

"They always came for me when I needed it."

(Y/n) had to doubt that. Any day now sonic was going to die. Her last hope of leaving infinite was the hedgehog.

Sonic must have noticed her silence and spoke again. "I know it's a hard thing to get your head around, but they helped me save the world many times."

"Ok..." that was all she could get out. She didn't know how he did it. He was stuck in a cell just like her, but he wouldn't get food as often. How did he still have so much hope?

Silence filled the room. Neither of them had anything to talk about anymore.

(Y/n) looked past the bars, trying to see the other cells far away. They were filled up now as well. The war was ending soon... Eggman would win. She would be stuck in a world ruled by Eggman and infinite. A world she didn't want to live in. (Y/n) didn't want to imagen what the world looked like now.

Deep in thought, (y/n) didn't notice. She didn't notice the lights, The sirens, the clanging of metal. Not until the cells suddenly opened. The electric cuffs disarmed. Freeing her. Freeing her soul. She felt lighter and free by just having the cuffs off.

(Y/n) blinked, the red lights flashing in her eyes. "Sonic what's going on."

"This my friend, is our escape." Sonic jumped out of the cell.

(Y/n) was frozen for a second. If she escaped infinite could snap again..... he could hurt her even worse. He could kill her this time!

But she would be free

(Y/n) moved out of the cell. Her body is a bit weak from not being able to move around.

Sonic was having no problem whatsoever. In fact, he was having the time of his life. He was kicking robots back with ease.

(Y/n) for the first time, had hope, but it crashed down as they heard a yell. The phantom of zavok was trying to catch them.

(Y/n) was filled with panic. leaning on the wall she gripped her chest. Her lungs hurt suddenly. Like they couldn't get air. A heavy weight on her chest and limbs. Her knees buckled, and she clattered to the floor. Tears fell from her face. Of course infinite knew the cells were open... he sent a phantom.

"(Y/n) snapped out of it and fight!" Sonic's voice suddenly hit her. She looked up to see him taking on the phantom and winning. (Y/n) gripped her chest one last time before forcing herself up.

"That's it!" Sonic called out to her as he kicked a bee bot into the phantom.

(Y/n) greedily took a deep breath as sonic finally defeated the phantom of zavok. She ran over as sonic smiled. "Come on, let's get out of here so I can show you what real friends are made of!"

That made (y/n) smile. They ran down the hall, and oddly they ran into a red wolf.

(Y/n) grabbed on to sonic in fear. Was this another phantom? Was this a trick?

Sonic on the other hand was smiling. "You must be the one who tripped the alarm?"

The red wolf nodes. His fangs were visible, but (y/n) could now see he was real. A real person. Someone from the outside. Someone who was getting them out! They just had to follow and fight along with the red wolf..... looks like (y/n) needs to learn how to fight instead of cowering. This was going to be a long trip out of this hell hole.

Infinite was attacking a small town when he got the notification. At first, he was annoyed. It was another job for him to do. That was until Eggman spoke, through the communicator.

"Infinite, they broke in and are heading to Sonic's cell."

Infinite scoffed at the idea. He would just send a phantom of zavok. It's an easy fix to this little break.

"The Problem should be solved soon." Infinite spoke, his back now turned to the crumbling city.

However, it didn't solve the problem and frustrated infinite.

"Eggman, what is going on?" Infinite demanded

"They broke sonic out." Eggman sounded frustrated as he watched the cameras. They were just taking out his robots!

The jackal felt anger and then dread. His jewel, (y/n), was by his cell. If sonic was out.... he didn't want to think about it. It was going so perfectly! He had her right in his hand. He had control over everything. Infinite controlled what (y/n) wore and ate.

Infinite was quick to try and

return to the death egg, but by the time he stormed in, all he could see was the chaos

left behind.

Infinite gave a mighty yell in anger and speed towards the cells. However, time slowed for him. As soon as he was there, he saw it open and empty.

He lost his darling!! No! This was supposed to be the best spot to hide her, to keep her out of everyone's grip.

"Nonono!" Infinite ran into the cell. He saw the electric cuffs on the floor, right next to her blanket. His hands snatched it, trying to keep his nails from digging into the soft fabric. It still smelled like her.

His mind still couldn't grasp that she left... no, she wouldn't leave! He was taking such good care of his darling! He fed (y/n), and he bathed her! She was his!!! She had stopped fighting!

Infinite's breath became shaky as he tried to reason with himself. "She wouldn't leave... she couldn't!"

Infinite's hands slammed onto the metal floor, his body was glitching as his ruby glowed in fury. The whole place shook by his power. They had to have tricked her or.... they kidnapped her! That had to be it!

Infinite's ill temper was getting out of control. So much he couldn't hear Eggman.

It took the man yelling into his ear that infinite finally noticed.

"Doctor..." infinite spoke with venom. "How did this happen." His breathing was ridged.

Eggman was a smart man. He knew infinite would react badly for losing his toy, so he walked on eggshells. Anything would set off the jackal.

"Some spy must have found out sonic was here... they hacked it while both of us were out."

Infinite still had his back to the doctor. He was trying not to blow up. His hands slowly started to rip the blanket.

Eggman took his silence to speak again. "But don't worry, we will find your toy. The resistance is weak. She has nowhere to run where we can't find her."

Infinite wasn't buying any of that. Infinite couldn't keep her safe out there! She could be anywhere just out of his grasp!

"Infinite" Eggman started again. "We have control of almost everything. Your phantoms and my robots are everywhere. She will show up."

Infinite finally looked at the doctor, however, his eye was cold. Eggman pats the jackal's shoulder. Eggman knew he was right. She couldn't hide forever as well as sonic. It was only a matter of time.

Infinite finally took a shaky deep breath. The now-damaged blanket fell to the icy metal floor.

"We keep doing things as planned infinite, just be on your guard."

(Y/n) couldn't believe her eyes. She stepped out of the aircraft and winced seeing the bright sun. It burned her eyes and took a while to adjust.

She felt like crying. She forgot how warm the sun felt. However, when her eyes adjusted she felt like balling for a different reason. Around her were chaos and destruction.

Sonic stood by her. "I know it's a lot to take in, but I promise we will get it back to normal." The red wolf nodes with a grunt. Agreeing with sonic.

It was so jarring. She couldn't recognize anything. This didn't feel like home...

"So rookie leads the way to the base. " Sonic had changed the topic as (y/n) kept looking at the destruction. Sonic whispered. "I think she needs to get there now. So lead the way."

He nodes. The red wolf felt for the girl. He has been there. Scared and lost. He held up his green glove to her, making (y/n) peel her eyes. The scenery.

(Y/n) was tense and frozen by fear. Her first thoughts were how angry infinite would be at this boy. He wouldn't even let her talk to sonic. Only infinite should touch her!

Her breathing became heavy as her knees buckled. The wolf didn't know what to do. However, Sonic did.

Sonic knelt by (y/n) as soon as she collapsed on the ground. She was giving an ugly sob, screaming her lungs out.

Sonic acted like a protective sibling and put his hand on her head, trying to soothe and coo her.

"It's ok to let it all out." Sonic spoke, "you're free from him now."

Sonic's words made the wolf realize something. It must have been hell in that cell... he thought coming face to face with infinite was bad. Who knows what the man did to her?

The red wolf wasn't as brave as sonic, but he wanted to be. Without thinking he got on the floor with (y/n) and pulled her into a hug. He let her cry on him till she passed out.

Sonic couldn't help but smile at the two. "We better move rookie."

His nodes adjusted (y/n) onto his back as they headed to the base.

It was silent for most of the trip.

"What did he do to you and her?" The wolf who had introduced himself as gadget finally asked.

"Normal bad guy stuff with me. Tried to kill me here and there, but I stuck it out." Sonic rubbed his neck, looking at the limp girl.

"Her however is a different story... she's been there longer than me."

Gadget looked surprised. "Huh?"

Sonic nodes. "They were dating... he's done some things to her... but when she's ready, she will talk about it." Sonic looked up, seeing the door to the base.

"Well, here we are. Better let everyone know I'm alive. Can you take care of (y/n)?"

The wolf nodes as they went their separate ways in the base. Just how long will they be free? They were losing, but everyone had hope with sonic around.

"(Y/n) I'm back!" The jackal scopped his love up from behind and twirled her. Making (y/n) laugh. "I have a suprise for you! Close your eyes!" His voice echoed before fading.

(Y/n) was happy once. It was a time when life felt perfect. A bright smile on her face as Zero came home. The jackal gave her a smile and a loving kiss. There was no care in the world as Zero asked about her day. She was thankful he came home early from his "trip." Their world was bright and colorful... but his poison was starting to show turning their world into a meek gray. How could (y/n) see the red flags when everything was in black and white. How could she see the trail of blood that led to his hands?
The way he cared for her. The way he did special things for her. It helped cover up that skeleton on the closet. That was all a memory now.

(Y/n) whole body was heavy. She sobbed and sniffed the whole time. She had no energy to walk and appreciated gadget for helping her. It was weird. It was a comforting touch. One she has yet to feel for so long. It was a very long time. The way the red fox held her as if she was going to break any moment... which she was.

But her heart dropped thinking about it. If infinite knew he would kill gadget. She knew he would. He got away with killing all her friends and family! How could she miss this. Zero was loving... was... he was.

(Y/n) looked up as they made it to the base. The metal doors seemed to blend in to its scroundging.

Sonic smirked as he stretched. He bet his friends were in there already. Sonic easily opened the door, letting the red wolf carry (y/n) in.

The place had a lot of people. Diffrent types of rookies were working. Some were moving boxes. Some were fixing their wepons.

(Y/n) heard some gasp as they watched sonic. They were excited to see him. (Y/n) could instantly tell the troops had sudden hope.

It didn't last long as a pink hedghog and a red edchidna rushed in. "Sonic!" The pink girl ran over. "You're alive!"

A two tailed fox peeked over, his eyes wide. He took off running at Sonic, tackling him in a hug. Sonic laughed and scooped his little brother up.

The comtion was crazy as everyone greeted Sonic. (Y/n) was a bit overwhelmed as gadget set her down.

(Y/n) quickly learned that the red one was knuckles. He was the leader. The pink girl was amy. She seemed to be the 2nd in command in a way.

(Y/n) however just couldn't greet anyone or listen in. The world started to become muffled around her.  Spots of gray spilled in until her whole world was a sad gray. She felt numb. She felt nothing. Her body became even more heavy, like gravity was trying to take her. She let it. Her stressed body became limp.

The muffled voices faded from her ears. she blinked a few times, letting the world move around her as if she wasn't there.... for she wasn't.

Her shallow breathing slowed down a bit more. She couldn't pay attention to anything around her.

When did she change postions? She was too numb to even know. Her fingers twitched a bit as a light was shinned in her eyes... but to her, even that was dull.

Suddenly, everything came back full force. In an instant, she saw Infinite. His hand reached for her neck.

She let out a scream. Sound came back to her ears. Her sobbing and begging started up again. she could hear the panicked and Co fused noises around her.

Knuckles had quickly recoiled his hand from her shoulder. His eyes wide as everyone yelled over one another.

(Y/n) jerked her body falling to the floor. Her hands clawing at her neck like she was trying to free herself.
"I didn't mean it! Stop!" (Y/n) was on autopilot

"(Y/n)!"

"Im obeying. I'm obeying!" (Y/n) body curled up still truong to protect her neck.

The group suddenly understood. They all suddenly looked at one another then at sonic. He had a sad and remorseful look as everyone looked in shock.

"(Y/n) he's not here..." sonic tried to claw her without touching her since knuckles touching her shoulder started all this commotion.

(Y/n) couldnt stop however. Hot tears ran down her face as she pressed her back to the wall. She was blubbering. As she yelled her voice became harsh... which soon faded into whimpers.

She was slowly coming back as she started to listen to the comforting voice.
(Y/n) choked out another sob as energy drained from her body. Once again it felt heavy and not able to move. gadget helped her sit up.

"Its gonna be ok..." another voice rang out as the gray world came back before her eyes slipped closed.

She wanted home... she wanted her old life.

Sonic let put a deep sigh seeing she was calm... but he could tell she was not fully here. "gadget... can you lay her down in a cot and watch over hee... I need to talk to the others."

Almost instantly, the wolf took the girl in his arms... now avoiding her neck as he left the room.

Sonic turned to his friends. He knew they all had questions. "A lot happened while I was locked up... unfortunately, she's been there longer than me." He started. He didn't want to say what happened... but he had to tell them what he could.
