Jake turned from the view of Brooklyn, and looked directly at his wife who was throwing some food in her mouth and she burst out laughing when it landed there. How is she so beautiful? I don't deserve her at all. She then looked at him, "Jake, are you alright?"
Amy saw him nod, "Yeah, fine." She glared, "Really. I'm fine!"
Lying to her was one of the worst things for him, "I love you, y'know. No matter what," she held his hand.
Yeah, you won't when I tell you what's wrong. "Actually, Ames." Why am I telling her? Now, she's going to leave me. "...I'm bi."
She started to cry, and he wanted to as well. Then, he got up. "Where are you going?"
He turned around and she walked over to him, "I'm going to get my stuff, I can't blame you for leaving me. I would leave me too, honestly."
Then, she kissed him, and he returned it. "First of all: I already told you I'll love you no matter what. Second of all: I have a gay captain and a bi close friend, do you really think I would do that to you? Also, thirdly: I am as well," she then clapped her hands over her mouth.
That made him laugh, "Really?"
She sighed, and nodded. "Yeah... I've only told you and Mateo about it, but since my first kiss was with my then best friend and when I was twelve my parents know. But, they weren't happy about it all. 'A romantic relationship should be between a man and a woman.' 'It isn't right to be a girl and like girls like that.' Everything they said honestly f***ed me up as a kid, but oh well."
He wrapped his arms around her, "Just wondering- What happened to that best friend?"
That caused her to nod and look down, "Well... I'm the one who insinuated it, so as soon as it was done..." They had since sat down again, "...She told me I'm disgusting for wanting to kiss a girl. Great thing to say after she was my first kiss, am I right?"
Then, she turned to him and signalled for him to explain his story. "Oh- sorry! Um... Well, I found out I wasn't straight at fifteen. I was just watching a movie with Gina because I was having a bad day, and she picked it before I got a say. And, I just realised I found the main male character attractive and she just helped me realise that I'm bi and I'm thankful for that."
She put her head on his shoulder, "I still will love you know matter what."
He kissed her forehead, "I love you more."
