Amorpho Contingency
Chapter One: Contingency Plans
Jimmy Neutron sat in his lab chair, looking at his computer monitor. What he was about to do would be seen as a massive betrayal of his friends’ trust, however it was also necessary. The existence of villains that can take over the mind of a hero or a dark counterpart or if a hero goes too far, made what he was about to do necessary. Someone had to be able to neutralize a hero if they went rogue.
Jimmy opened a new set of files on his computer. Using voice input, he began to take down his contingencies.
“This is Neutron. Security level: Omega. Password: Juliett November - One Two - Two One - Two Zero Zero One. Enable New Protocol. Title: Amorpho Contingency.” The shapeshifter was partially the reason for these protocols to be created. “Should any of the core members of the Nicktoon League turn rogue, we need plans in place to handle each and every one of us, should we become a threat. The members of the league are my teammates and friends, but we need to be prepared for the worst. Always.” With his intro out of the way, Jimmy turned to creating files for each leaguer. He began with the muscle and the press face of the League. The one that was the most superhero from the beginning, Danny.

If Danny Phantom ever became a threat to the planet, the following protocols will need to be enacted to ensure our survival. The sample of refined ectoranium in vault 7B, provided by Phantom himself with short out his powers for a brief time with brief exposure to his skin.
Blood Blossoms are also a good defense. If a ghost crosses a circle of them, it inflicts excruciating pain on them, that does not end when exiting the circle. It only ends when the Blossoms themselves are destroyed. Extended exposure would, in all probability, be fatal.
These need to be used in addition to the usual anti-ghost arsenal such as ecto-blasters, Specter Deflectors, Ghost Shields, Freeze rays, Fenton Thermoses.
Countermeasures will also be effective against Danielle. Hopefully, if either turn, the other will be able to help contain the other.
With perhaps the biggest potential threat to the League taken care of, Jimmy moved on to the next potential threat. Danny was the main one Jimmy was most worried about turning. Not due to any moral compass problem, it was more so due to the fact that Danny has been mind controlled in the past, as well as the existence of his evil counterpart from a future that doesn’t exist anymore. He moved on to the member who was the main conscience of the group.

Avatar Aang is the heart and soul of the Nicktoon League. However, his ability to use the four natural elements and the speed he has in casting them, make him a dangerous opponent, should he turn against us.
Chi-blocking is the best solution I can put together, but it is difficult to pull off in a fast motion as elements are coming at you. The only other option is to use suits of refined metals, particularly Platinum. The refined nature of the metal, meaning that there is almost no trace of the earth element means that it can’t be metalbent, even by a master Earth/Metalbender. Also, his girlfriend, the master waterbender Katara may be able to reach through to him and calm him. Hopefully, without the need for Bloodbending.
Moving on to the next file, this one hurt Jimmy a lot to make, as Timmy was the first of the league that he was in contact with, and was a firm friend of his. Nevertheless, he pushed on and did what he had to do.
Amorpho Contingency File Codename: Godparent
The wand of a fairy godparent is one of the most powerful weapons in the universe. The only limit is the imagination of the user or godchild, and whether or not it falls within the limits of Da’ Rules. Timmy Turner is a firm friend of mine, but all the more reason to create this.
Fairy Godparents will not leave a child unless they no longer need them or abuse their magic or reveal them to others that don’t have fairies. However, this is not an option for Timmy as Jorgen Von Strangle and the Fairy Council have agreed to allow him to keep Cosmo and Wanda, and due to the fact that he serves the greater good of fighting evil, they need to be more widely known to do their job. If Timmy turns, while Cosmo and Wanda may leave him, even if temporarily, Timmy can always strike a bargain with the Anti-Fairy opposites of his Godparents. Anti-Cosmo is a dangerous one.
I am not suggesting that we try this, but a blast from my hypno-ray and the suggestion that he is happy enough to not need his fairies anymore, could in theory stop him, for the short term, or perhaps make him think he is miserable enough to need them, if he is working with Anti-Cosmo and and Anti-Wanda.
That one hurt more than he originally thought it would, but he knew in his heart that he made the right call. Despite the head-butting they have done over the years, mostly over either Cindy or on the topic of Science vs Magic, they were firm friends, in friendship tested by fire. Moving on, he moved on to the undersea expert of the group.
Amorpho Contingency File Codename: Sea Sponge
Spongebob, a unique opponent. Every fiber of his being is under his control and can manipulate it various ways. We are glad that he is on our side, and acts immature when not in battle, and even in battle at times. Being a sponge, his ability to soak up water makes him a potential threat at the capacities that he is capable of doing. His ability to shrug off hits when he choses is also a potential problem. He is also proficient in the Karate style of fighting. Certainly no master but he can fight. He does not dry out on land due to the fact that the first time we met in person, I sprayed him with a compound that I made that would keep him hydrated while out of water. A possible countermeasure would be to apply a rapid dehydration spray I created as a backup. Freezing him would also be good countermeasure, however this could be fatal if done wrong. Also, giving him a Krabby Patty may also work. He has a weird love for the burger.
Besides himself, Spongebob was the last of the original four leaguers to have a file on them in case of emergency. It did hurt Jimmy a bit to do this as Spongebob, despite being the oldest of them, still maintained a childlike naivety to him. It wasn’t likely that of them he would be the one to turn. The next hero he moved on to was the second addition to the group outside the original four, and first after Avatar Aang.
Amorpho Contingency File Code Name: Teenage Robot
Jenny Wakeman aka XJ-9 is a good friend to all of us, which is why it would be difficult to face her in combat. Also, it would be difficult to face her because, despite her slender robot frame, she is a walking, talking arsenal of weapons.
EMPs may be the best defense against her, though I have upgraded her to resist their effects. In the weapons vault, I have a special EMP grenade I made after doing those upgrades. If that does not work, then we must explore the possibility of neural virtual reality. Doctor Wakeman, Jenny’s creator, and mother, once had created nodes that could allow a robot to feel pain and tickling in their most extreme cases. She also has created tech that allowed Jenny to dream like humans do. So, the prospect is not far out of the equation. If we can make her think that she is fighting an equal opponent, we could try to trap her in a never ending cycle of battle against a nonexistent foe.
With the robot finished, Jimmy moved on to the members that didn’t need a complicated explanation about what to do to stop them.

Basic counters to other Nicktoon League members:
CatDog: Distract Dog with food.
El Tigre: Either spin the belt buckle or remove it entirely, will revert him to human, a well timed strike should do the trick.
Rudy: Destroy the chalk or use water to wash away any creations he has made.
Tak: Banish the Juju back to their realm.
Duddly Puppy: Same as CatDog.
“If these files are discovered in the wake of my being incapacitated, please understand, this had to be done for all of us. Which brings us to…”
Amorpho Contingency File Code Name: Hulk Jimmy/Brain Boy
While Jimmy Neutron is a genius and strategist, as well as a bruiser under the use of his N-Men powers, he is only human. The best way to disable his mind is to distract him. His ego is an excellent blind spot, as is his desire to be the smartest man in the room. His friends and family are also a good blind spot, taking them as hostages would make a good lure. Think Carefully before you do this.
It was done, his betrayal of their trust in him was complete. It had to be done, he would tell himself. Once he had wrapped up his files, he set them to the highest level of encryption that he could set, in case the others needed to access them to take him on.
As he got up and left the computer and headed for the door, he took a long look back at the computer. Hopefully, the files would never be needed. Also, he hoped they would never fall into the wrong hands. These were designed to incapacitate, but could easily be modified to kill any of them. He turned out the lights and left the lab.
