Bruce Wayne stared at the letter in his hands. The words danced across the page, but one phrase stood out: "A claim has been made by a individual alleging to be your sister."Sister?
This is my interpretation of the Batverse.Because this is hero themed,I've always felt like the way their lives were described was based from an action stance. It was the heroes before the people, their secret identities being the main focus. I am switching that narrative and focusing on their personal lives, in the way their double life affected their relationships. The beginning is rough, but it gets better in each chapter. I think that heroes are very idealized, so I am bringing the humanity back to them. Bruce is especially vulnerable to this, in my opinion, due to the fact that he is a vigilante. He is always walking the edge of good and wrong more than anyone else, and I'm trying to emphasize that. Each and every day is a chance for him to walk astray, and I think resisting that is harder for him than anyone else, the psychological toll being immense.
