"You're going to love it, Sookie. A whole plane just for us." Warlow is leading Sookie to the cemetery, and they stop near a fence. "Only you and I can enter this plane. We use our light." Warlow is beaming with excitement; he is finally getting what he has wanted for the last six thousand years: he gets Sookie Stackhouse.
Sookie nods she is tired of fighting it she has accepted her horrible fate. All of a sudden, this overwhelming sadness, desperation, and anger take over her, hunching over trying to get her breathing back to normal, her hand clenches the fence. Closing her eyes, tears slipped down her face. She knows who these feelings belong to, and she has to go to him. He did the same for her a couple of days ago. Eric.
"Sookie?"
Standing up, trying to put the sadness that has overtaken her aside just for one moment it has shocked her back to herself. "I just remembered I have to be somewhere else. How about I join you on that plane when I'm done?"
Grabbing her hand, he entwines his fingers with hers. "Marry me. Be my vampire bride for all eternity. I have thought of no one else but you for the centuries."
Sookie removes her hand from his. She knew he had some contract about her, but wanting to turn her into a vampire No, thank you. She might be in love with vampires, but she does not want to be one. "I will give you my answer when I return."
Xxx
Following the sad pull of her blood, it leads her to Bill's mansion and upstairs to Jessica's room.
"Oh my god, Eric, your sister, what happened?" Sookie is frozen in the doorway; she has only seen Eric in this state once, when Godric died. And it was the most heartbreaking thing she has ever seen in her life.
Blood tears stain Eric's face as Nora lies on Jessica's four-poster bed, weak veins all over her body. In a small voice, Eric says,. "Sookie?"
"I felt your sadness. What happened?" Sookie sits on the other side of Nora, who looks up at her. She can't control herself around fairies. They smell so good she can't even draw a fang; she is so weak.
"Hepatitis V its a deadly strain that they are putting in the True Blood." Eric is holding Nora's hand when he looks up at Sookie. "Your blood might save her."
One look at Eric's blood-stained face and the sadness washing over her from his blood still in her system. She still loves Eric; she always will. The days they spent together were magical.
Sookie holds out her arm for Eric to bite. She trusts him and knows he won't lose control; he never has. Even when he was weak, he always knew just how much to take and tried to make it as painless for her as possible. "Not that I don't trust you, Nora, but you've never had fairy blood, and every time we've been in the same room, you've looked at me like dinner."
"I understand." Eric helps Nora sit up, then turns to Sookie; his fangs slide down, and he bites her arm. Her euphoric blood touches his tongue, but he pulls back; it's not for him.
Sookie holds her arm just above Nora's mouth, her fairy blood dripping into the vampire's mouth. "I don't know if this will work."
A couple minutes later her blood stops dripping, and Eric heals Sookie's wrist. "Your blood is the most delicious I've ever had."
"I get that a lot." Sookie half smiles at the sickly vampire, glancing over at Eric, who is watching his sister. He cares so much about his family. Pam, Nora, and she knew he would die for her when he offered himself up instead of Godric and tried to get them to release her. Then a couple of weeks ago when Marnie was holding her, Eric would have done or given anything to free her.
Nora's fever is going down, and the black veins on her chest have faded.
Letting out a chuckle, Eric had blood tears running down his cheeks. "It's working." Grabbing his sister's hand, he smiles down at her. "You're going to be ok. Sookie's blood healed you."
Sookie gets off the bed, allowing them to have their moment. She is in the doorway when Eric is in front of her. His fingers sliding down the side of her face. "Thank you, Sookie. You saved my sister."
Looking up at him, she can see the Eric she knew two weeks ago. She misses him. He was so sweet and fun. He can feel her thanks through the blood. She can't picture a life without him. Like she told him in Bill's living room, it wasn't just goofy Eric she fell for; it was a part of her that has always wanted him.
"Brother." Nora weakly from the bed calls out.
"Sister." Eric is at her side in a second. The veins on her chest have reappeared. "Give her more of your blood." His pleading voice breaks Sookie's heart.
"Eric I'm half fae; my blood only worked for a couple minutes…." Sookie stops talking, looking down at the dying vampire. Nora is in a white nightgown with black veins all over her body; she can't move any part of her body or talk above a whisper. "Warlow."
"Who the hell is Warlow?"
Sookie glances at Nora, who looks up at her. Her fever broke, and for a couple of minutes she felt a tiny bit stronger. She can feel herself dying. The second time in six hundred years she is dying, and this time there is no Godric to save her, and Eric can't.
"Nobody told him."
Nora whispers. "No."
Eric looks between the woman he loves and his sister. He is glad they are having this moment of peace and no one is trying to kill each other, but at any moment Nora could die; they don't have time for this. "Who the fuck is Warlow?"
"Lilith had a progeny, a fairy turned vampire, and he was promised to me 300 years ago. He's currently in a fairy plane waiting for me to return to him and accept his proposal to become his vampire bride. He is a full fairy."
Eric picks up on what Sookie is saying. "Like the fairy goddess?"
She nods. "You were outside for hours in the sun before Alcide and I found you. Warlow's blood allows him and Bill to walk in the sun."
Anger bubbles up in Eric as he hears all of this. Bill knew Warlow existed, and he did nothing, and Sookie was promised to someone else. Sookie grips the bottom of Jessica's bed, closing her eyes in pain as Eric's anger is overtaking her senses. He feels so much, and it's overpowering.
Sliding his arms underneath Nora, who lays her head on his shoulder. Eric looks over at Sookie, who is trying to control her breathing. "Sookie?"
"I'm fine."
"Lead the way."
Grabbing Eric's arm, Sookie looks up at him, her eyes desperate with a little hope in them. "The other night when we went into the authority, you told the guard I was yours. Did you mean it?"
Raising an eyebrow Sookie elaborates. "Warlow wants me to be his fairy vampire bride and says he has loved me for five thousand years. I also know if I'm someone that could put a stop to Warlow's plans, and Pam once told me to become yours, you pull good strings, and you care about me. But I know you love me, and I still love you."
"Yes, I meant it. Do you want to be mine?" Eric has waited so long to hear Sookie ask this and tell him that, and now that it is here, he can't take her in his arms and make passionate love to her. After they save Nora, he is vamping Sookie away to make passionate, primal love to her. Sookie was never afraid of him, and he liked that. She was always herself around him; he showed her more of himself beyond being a sheriff or a vampire.
"Yes."
Nora whispers to him she can feel her body cooking from the inside. Death is near. "Brother, let Pam and Willa walk with you like I did." She glances at Sookie. "Take care of him."
Sookie nods. First Godric and now Nora ask her to take care of Eric. She took care of him when he had no memories. The universe does keep pulling them back together. She was wrong when she didn't choose him; she is not making that mistake again. She will take care of him, and she knows he will take care of her. He always has since they met.
Eric grips her tighter. "We are going?"
Hurrying down the stairs, both vampires have Sookie's blood, so the sun doesn't affect them. When they get to the cemetery, Sookie, in her mind, tells Warlow. "Go to the headstone so I can tie you up."
She tells Eric. "Take my hand."
A golden light envelopes them
Xxx
They are in a golden lit cemetery just like they left. Warlow sitting at the headstone, his hands behind his back glares at Eric holding Nora then at Sookie. "What the fuck Sookie?"
"I will marry you, but you have to help my friend Eric first." For the first time she has to try so hard to keep her thoughts so plain and not think about how much Eric means to her.
Warlow looks at Sookie, then at Eric. He hears nothing in her thoughts about him, but when they marry, he is seriously cutting off Sookie's friendship with all vampires except for him. "Your friend Eric, the last time you asked for my help for a friend, Bill tried to make me a lab rat."
"Nora is infected, and our blood keeps her symptoms at bay. My blood is not strong enough. Please, Warlow, if you love me, you will help me."
He grabs Sookie's hands at lightning speed. He pins her to a pink flowery pole he has created. Glancing up at Eric, who keeps his face calm, he glances down at Nora but is also keeping an eye on Sookie. There has to be a reason she brought him, and it can't just be because they are friends. "You will be my vampire bride, my soulmate."
Nodding, keeping her emotions completely calm and her thoughts as vague as possible, Sookie says, "Yes."
"For you, an early wedding present."
"Thank you, Warlow."
Eric brings Nora over, laying her next to Warlow as he bites his wrist and she drinks from him. Bending down, he tells her. "We'll be back real soon with a cure."
In a flash, Eric and Sookie disappear. "You want to—"
"Not here." Sookie motions to the air.
Xxx
Bill returns to his house; he loves that Warlow's blood makes him walk in the daylight now. If the scientist downstairs could synthesize the blood, he could save all vampire kind, and he was even generous and told Eric about his vision and asked him to help.
Going upstairs to where he last saw Eric and Nora, he remembers he was supposed to be looking for Sookie for Nora. Oh well, he'll make something up. Stopping at the doorway, the bedroom is empty. There is not a blood pile on the bed, so Nora is still alive, but where did they go? Nora was on death's door, and Eric was pleading and bargaining.
Stopping a guard as he comes downstairs, Bill snaps at him. "Where is Northman and the councilor!"
"There was a blonde girl, and then they both left."
Bill glares at the guard, a blonde girl, and Eric is gone. He has a pretty good idea what blonde girl it is. He spits out. "This blonde girl, is she full of life and has the most succulent smell that has ever touched your nostrils?"
The guard nods. "Fucking Sookie!"
Speeding out of the house and across the cemetery, he doesn't even bother to knock; he can enter anytime he wants, being Billith. Searching every room, even the cubby, which he can't believe Sookie still has. She never thought of getting him one, but Eric gives her one, and she keeps it.
The house is empty. Bill lets out a frustrated grunt. "Fucking Sookie."
Xxx
"So let me get this straight. This Warlow guy is older than Russell and part fairy; that's how he can daywalk and hear your thoughts, and your ancestor signed a contract giving you to him. But because you're mine, the contract is null and void." Eric asks her as they land in the middle of nowhere.
Sookie nods. "Hopefully, but I also want to choose who I want to be with, and I choose you." Looking around in the middle of nowhere, they are surrounded by circular white buildings. "Where are we?"
"The governor's idea for the vampires is to gather them up and study them; they call it vamp camp."
"Catchy."
He takes her hand and runs off with her.
Xxx
As they are walking through the halls, Sookie, in a doctor's coat, whispers to him. "Who is Willa? Nora mentioned Willa and Pam?"
"I made another vampire; she was the governor's daughter. You can meet her after we save Nora and free her and Pam."
"The governor's daughter… He hates you, and that's why he sent you here. Nora, Pam, and his own daughter… I'm yours, and I love you. Is he going to imprison me too?" Sookie really did not mean to make this about her, but the realization just hit her how much torture the women who love Eric are currently facing.
Turning to face his little fairy, he takes her hands in his. He would never let anything happen to Sookie. He has always tried to protect her or look out for her and warn her of danger. "I love you too. He is not going to lay a finger on you. After this I am going to eviscerate him."
"Deja vu. A couple years ago we found you two in our church, and now I found you in our camp." Comes a cheerful, vindictive voice behind them.
Sookie looks up at Eric. What do we do? Like last time, Eric leans down and whispers in her ear. "Trust me."
She nods, Last time she didn't trust him, she barely knew him; to her, Eric was just this annoying blonde who wouldn't let her and Bill just live their life together, but now everything is different. Eric is hers. She has seen the love in him, and she trusts him one hundred percent, and she hates Bill. He has lied to her, manipulated her, used her, and made her his own personal blood bag.
Sarah looks Sookie up and down and at how close she is standing next to Eric; they both are in defensive stances, ready to attack at any moment. Glancing up at Eric, she is surprised he is not in vamp face. "What is it about you that has all the ladies flocking to you?"
In a totally serious voice, he sarcastically says,. "I'm a Viking in the sack, and I respect them."
Trying to hide her smile and not laugh, Sookie hides her face behind his back. Eric smirks; he can feel her happiness through their bond.
Sarah glares at them, hatred bubbling up in her. "I'll let you in on a little secret. The church that was Steve's, but here this is all mine." She leans in and whispers. "The governor is dead." Louder, she says. "Guards, take Miss Stackhouse to male Gen Pop. I'm sure a little thing like you, they will eat you up quick."
As the guards start to move on Sookie, in a flash all their heads and their bodies drop to the floor. Sarah screams and tries to run away, but Sookie pins her to the wall. The word Jason flashes through Sarah's mind.
"What did you do with my brother?!" Sookie yells angrily in her face.
Scared Sarah says. "He's in female gen pop."
Sookie glances back at Eric, licking the blood off his hand. "We need to save Jason."
Nodding Eric tells her. "She knows more; we are taking her with us. Good news, Sarah, you get to be our prisoner now."
Xxx
Double doors to a conference room burst open, and in a second Eric is over a table and in front of a scared physician. Sarah yells. "Run!"
"Shut up!" Sookie tells her as she watches as Eric grabs this man's dick and rips it out of his body, throwing it against the wall and sliding down, leaving a blood smear.
The man falls to the ground, holding himself. Sarah screams bloody murder as the man bleeds out.
Sookie groans, looking away. Eric vamps over to them and compels Sarah. "Do not speak unless Sookie or I speak to you." He turns to Sookie, who can't take her eyes off the bleeding physician. He strokes her face with a finger, and she glances up at him. He can see the confusion and disgust on her face. "He injected Nora while she was tied up; I was silvered in a cage screaming."
Looking up into his eyes Sookie can see the pain, and she can also feel it. Eric feels so deeply that it is a little overwhelming for her. "We are going to save her."
Xxx
Bill arrives at vamp camp. As he is walking the halls, there are vampires killing the doctors or forcing them to do the tests they forced the vampires to do. He comes across the bleeding-out doctor lying on the ground. "Was Northman here?"
The doctor nods. "Northman and a blonde girl."
Eric brought Sookie here; what was he thinking? Sookie should not see this; it's not appropriate for her. "Did you have any run-ins with a red-headed vampire named Jessica?"
The doctor nods, and Bill smashes his foot into the doctor's face, splattering his head.
Xxx
Sarah lets them into Female Gen Pop as Eric tells everyone they can go free and to kill the humans. Sookie rushes over to her brother, who is lying on a bench shirtless with a couple of bite marks on his chest and neck. "Jason."
Sook, what are you doing here? Oh no, they didn't grab you too, did they?" Concern clouds his features. Jason came to get Jess out, but now that they have his sister too, he has to find a way out.
"It's a complicated, short version. Eric and I are looking for a cure to a vampire disease."
Jason looks between his sister and Eric, who is gripping Sarah Newlin's arm. "What is the long version?"
Eric interjects before they can continue. "Pam and Willa?"
Jason points to Sarah. "She took Jess and Pam to a white room after she cut me and threw me in here."
Eric's hand tightens around Sarah's arm; she wants to cry out and run, but she has been compelled to not speak unless spoken to. She glances at Jason with pleading eyes; he doesn't look at her.
Jason had been feeding Jess, who shared him with Pam. They always heal their bites, but Jess was taken before she could heal him. Eric hands Sarah to Sookie as he bends down to Jason. "Have I ever healed you before?"
"No."
Glancing up at Sookie, who smiles at him, Eric smirks. "You are in for a treat when you dream of me; dream of nice things." He bites his wrist and puts it against Jason's mouth.
As they are making their way through the hallways, they are also letting other vampires free. They come across the therapist for the vampires. Eric stops them and goes into the room.
"There's something that has been bothering me since I got here. When you put me and Pam in that room to fight to the death, you said, 'Go ahead, Pam, show me how little he means to you.' Pam has been by my side, feeding and fucking, for over a hundred years. We have done things together I would never do with someone else. Pam is not just a progeny; she is my daughter. Your puny human mind can't begin to understand our relationship."
"She had mentioned that you were always choosing humans over her. My mind understood that." The therapist spits out. He finds vampires fascinating, but he does not respect them.
Eric glances at Sookie in the doorway holding onto Sarah. "My lover, when I was talking about Pam, what did you feel?"
"You have a lot of love and loyalty to Pam. I know that if anything happens to you, Pam would kill me."
The psychologist looks between Eric and Sookie. "Hmm, is this one of the humans you choose over Pam?"
With lightning reflexes, Eric tightens his hand around the guy's throat, growling as he tells him. "Speak about her or Pam again and I will kill you."
The doctor chuckles. "I will die a happy man, you want to know why?"
"Ok, I'll bite. Why?"
With a cheese-eating grin on his face, he is clearly enjoying himself, he says. "I fucked your progeny."
Eric seethes in anger. Sookie puts a hand on the wall, handing Sarah to Jason. She can feel all the anger and fury bubbling up in Eric, wanting to explode. She has never felt this level of rage before. It is blinding. Jason breaks the silence by saying,. "You did not just say that. Dude, you are so dead."
In a flash the glamor contacts are gone from the doctor's eyes, and Eric compels him. In a furious growl, Eric gets out. "Is it true you had sex with Pam!"
"She said she used to be a prostitute."
Eric grabs the back of the psychologist's shirt and yanks him up. "You're not killing me?"
"We are going to find Pam, and she can kill you; she definitely deserved it."
Eric shoves the doctor to Jason as he goes over to Sookie, who is still getting her bearings from all of Eric's emotions. "My lover, are you ok?"
Sookie shakes her head, taking a breath. Looking up into his blue eyes that hold such concern for her. Reaching up, she cups his cheek; he leans into her. "I'm fine; I'm still getting used to feeling what you're feeling."
Eric kisses her palm tenderly; they are interrupted by the doctor saying. "Fascinating, you can feel what the vampire is feeling. You have a psychic link with him. How are you human?"
Sookie and Eric glare at him. Sookie drops her hand from Eric's face. "I'm not human, well, not entirely, and it just kills you that you can't study me too."
The doctor stares at Sookie. How did she know what he was thinking? She is truly fascinating.
As they make their way down the hallway, Eric hears a familiar scream. "Be right back." He vamps to the room where they are keeping humans and opens the door, leaning his head against the doorframe. He spots Ginger screaming her head off. "Hello, Ginger."
Xxx
They enter the doctor's side of the white room, and Sookie stops in her tracks, halting Sarah, who glares at her. "Oh my god."
"What the-" Jason stops next to his sister with his prisoner.
On the other side of the glass, every vampire is feeding on Bill. Eric vamps in and finds Steve Newlin trying to get some blood but is pushed out by Jessica. Eric grabs him by the throat, squeezing. "Every time something goes wrong with someone I've cared about, you've been there."
"Please, I don't want to die." Steve whines.
Eric squeezes tighter, and Steve's head pops off his body, and he turns into a blood pile. Ginger's scream makes both Stackhouse siblings jump.
Eric finds Pam in the crowd brushing a piece of hair off her face. "I saved the therapist for you."
"You always take such good care of me." She runs into the room, grabbing the therapist from Jason. Not expecting to see Sookie, he gives her a halt. "What are you doing here?"
"Helping Eric."
Pam glances between Sookie next to her and Eric through the glass walking over to Willa. Even though Eric released her, she will always love him and be loyal to him but knows Eric will always protect Sookie. Even when he had no memories, he was protective of her, and she knows that Sookie would protect Eric too. It makes her feel better that if she can't be there with him, at least he has someone to lean on, and Sookie can take care of herself. "Well, thanks."
Before Sookie can reply, Pam vamps out with the therapist.
Sarah shudders in fear. "Oh my god, if they found the cure in my pocket, they would do the same to me." Sookie shoves Sarah at Jason and starts ransacking Sarah's pockets until she finds what she is looking for. A little vial.
Running into the room, Eric is still talking with Willa. "Eric! I found it."
He whips his head to her, and they both faintly hear Bill lying on the ground moments from death. "Sookie."
Sookie looks down at her former boyfriend. She used to love him; he never loved her. He used her and lied to her and manipulated her. Preyed upon her. "I'm not giving you my blood. I remember the last time you were this drained, and I gave you blood. I almost died, and I'm not yours anymore."
Bill glares at Eric. In what is supposed to be a menacing tone, but because he is so weak, it comes out as barely a whisper. "Sookie is mine."
Eric looks to Sookie, who smiles at him, love and hope in her eyes as she holds up a little vial of blood. Holding his hand out, Sookie takes it. Through the bond, they both feel the love they have for each other.
As they leave, they hear Bill moan out Sookie's name again.
Xxx
Before they leave, Jason stops his sister. "What about Warlow?"
"We save Eric's sister, then we fight Warlow."
Jason stops Sookie from leaving. "I want to be there when you fight Warlow."
Sookie hugs her brother; she knows he wants to help her, but she doesn't even know how they are going to fight Warlow. "Go be with Jessica; I'll be fine."
Jason looks at her one more time, and she nods. Eric grabs a shaking Sarah, snapping her neck; they got the cure and destroyed her camp.
Eric puts his hand out, and Sookie takes it, and they run off together.
Xxx
Eric lands in the cemetery, and Sookie lets go of him, but before she lets them onto the other plane, he grabs her hand. "Sookie." He can feel her worry soaring through her; it got deeper the closer they got to the cemetery, taking her over. He knows it's about Warlow. Sookie is like no one he has ever met before. She was never afraid of him, and he liked that. They both have always been honest with each other. Now feeling each other's emotions, being one, he can feel the love she has for him.
Sookie looks up at his concern and worry written all over his face, and she can feel it through their connection. She points all around them, reminding him that Warlow can hear them.
He sends her a vibe of comfort, and she smiles up at him, leaving a small kiss on his cheek.
Entering the fairy realm, Warlow and Nora are where they left them, propped up against a headstone. Nora looks slightly better, but not much. Eric vamps over to her, grabbing her, vamping back to Sookie.
Just as Sookie is getting them out, Warlow runs over to them and escapes.
"You are mine, Sookie," Warlow exclaims, lunging at her.
She blasts him, and he goes flying into a tree. Eric wraps an arm around her and runs to her house. "Eric, Nora, come in."
"We have to hurry. Warlow does not need an invitation." Sookie tells them as she pushes a bookcase in front of the door.
Eric places Nora on the bed in his cubby, lifting her head up, and pops the cork off the top of the cure. "No more, blood brother." Nora says weakly. She has to accept her fate. When Eric found her, she was dying, and he had Godric turn her. She is dying again, and Eric is helping her again. Last time it was only Eric and Godric; then they added Nora. Now Eric has a family—Pam, Willa, and he has found love with Sookie. Nora could not be happier for him.
"This is the cure; it will heal you, sister."
Nora looks up at Eric's pleading face. They lost Godric. He thought he lost her to religion and got her back only to almost lose her again to a vampire disease created by a crazed vampire-hating woman. Nodding, Nora takes the cure.
Laying back down, the veins start dissolving. Her color starts coming back; her strength is coming back. They hear a huge crash from upstairs, no screaming though.
Eric lets out a breath; the cure is working, and Nora is healing. He grunts in pain. "Sookie." The fear coursing through her and him is unimaginable; she is beyond terrified. "I have to go; Warlow is here, and Sookie is terrified."
Sookie could hear Warlow coming. She ran up the stairs and is pacing in her bathtub trying to harness all her light. When the curtain is yanked back, Warlow, with blood around his mouth, is standing in front of her, and he lifts her easily out of the bathtub. "You'll come to love me in a thousand or two thousand years,"
"No, I won't!" Sookie tries to move, but he has her in an iron grip.
"We will go back to the fairy plane for the maypole ceremony. You and I are soulmates, which is rare."
"I am not yours." Sookie spits out, kicking him in the shin. Trying to get him to let go of her. Of all the things she has been through she is actually scared this time. What if Eric can't get to her in time, what if Warlow actually turns her. She does not want to be a vampire or linked to Warlow in any way. He is just like Bill started off all nice and then bam switch he is a jerk and is possessive as hell of her.
Raising her in the air by her throat, he tells her. "Whose are you then? I will kill them and make you watch. A wedding present, then I will turn you." If Sookie wants to play it that way, then he will too. He tried being nice; he has waited and waited for centuries. He is tired of waiting! She was signed to him; she is his property, and he wants her now.
From behind her, Sookie hears. "Sookie is mine." Warlow's hand tightens around her throat.
Warlow looks up at Eric and Nora standing in the doorway. He glances up at Sookie, hurt and realization flashing over his face. Sookie had him heal Nora because she is important to Eric, whom she loves.
In a flash Sookie is dropped to the floor, coughing and rubbing her sore neck. Eric is punched in the face while Nora is thrown through the window, landing outside. "Watch out for his light!"
Eric vamps away as Warlow's light beam hits the wall above her nightstand lamp. Sookie tries to jump on Warlow, but he rolls her off, and she rolls into the fireplace, her shoulder rubbing against the bricks. Brushing the ash off her, she tries again to distract Warlow.
Warlow goes to punch Eric; he ducks, landing a blow on Warlow's side. Nora vamps inside, taking Warlow off guard; she grabs his one arm while Eric grabs his other. "Sookie, now!"
Struggling in their grasp, Sookie quickly finds a piece of wood from the dresser, stabbing it into Warlow's heart. Staring at Sookie in disbelief, his love has killed him. He has thought of nothing else but her for centuries; he finally found her, and she denied him and refused to marry him. How has she even loved and chosen other men vampires over him?"Sookie."
In their hands, Warlow turns to a pile of red dust. All three didn't know if he was going to turn to goo and explode or turn to dust like a fairy. Stepping over him, Eric wraps his arms around Sookie, kissing her forehead. "Are you ok, Lover?"
Nodding, Sookie wraps her arms around him tightly. She sends happy vibes through the bond.
"Sookie!" Jason and Jessica come running up the stairs with a stake. "Where is the son of a bitch!"
Sookie and Eric look down at the blood dust on the floor. Jason follows their eyesight and then looks back at his sister wrapped up in Eric's arms.
Nora is still staring at Sookie when, coming from the bathroom, they all hear. "Sookie, Jason! Help me out!"
Sookie and Jason poke their heads in the bathroom, and Naill is trying to force his way out of the prison entry in her bathroom. They both take a hand and pull him out, landing on the floor. Naill is covered in sticky, clear goop.
"You smell amazing." Nora can not pull her eyes away from the fairy king on top of Sookie and Jason.
In a second, Naill is standing with a lightball in his hand. Eric and Nora's fangs slide down outside the bathroom. Sookie quickly stands in between the vampires and the king of fairies. "Grandpa Naill, put away the light, and Eric and Nora, put up those fangs. We killed Warlow. Eric is mine, and I am his."
Eric clicks up his fangs and turns to Nora, who is about to drool over the fairies. He grabs her by the neck and forces her to look at him. "Nora, my darling sister, you need to learn to be around fairies. You will not eat Sookie or her grandfather. Sookie is family."
Nora glances over at the fairies, and Eric tightens his grip, and she looks up at him. They smell so amazing, and it has only been a couple of days since she learned fairies existed. "Fine, I will not eat her or her family."
"Swear on Godric."
"I swear on Godric."
"You knew Godric?" Naill couldn't help but overhear over the years he has had some run-ins with the vampire; he was nice.
"He turned us."
Sookie turns to her grandfather, careful not to get any more goop on her. "Why don't you take a shower, and I will explain everything later?"
Xxx
Six months later:
Sookie turns off the TV. There was an infomercial about Bill and his new book. "Give it a rest, Bill; we all know who really saved the vampires that day, and it was not you." He gave them blood, but it was her and Eric that made sure the contaminated blood never left the physicality and made sure Sarah didn't make any more vampires sick.
Coming up behind her, Eric wraps his arms around her waist, leaving a kiss on her cheek. "What did you ever see in him?" He jokes.
Sookie laughs, leaning back into his strong body as he tickles her neck. "It was the blood."
Spinning around in his arms, she glances up at her Viking, who has the biggest smile on his face. He is so happy, and so is she. They live here together, and they are in love. They are truly one.
Wrapping her arms around him, she says,. "Everything is packed, and Anubis called while you were dead. They are sending a private plane to pick us up."
"This time tomorrow we will be in Sweden, my lover." Eric leaves a passionate kiss on her lips, and Sookie moans against his lips.
