The episode started in the green field in Lalaloopsy Land, as Dot Starlight got on a table while holding her frisbee in her hand. "So you wanna learn how to throw a Frisbee? I'm gonna teach you," Dot told the viewers as she held up her Frisbee. "To be good at disc golf, you gotta be ready for anything. You gotta be prepared to go through some of the hottest conditions in your life, so take it from me, Friz B, we're going to turn you into a superstar," Dot said as she was crawling underneath the table and back out, and sat right back down wearing her Friz B shirt. Scenes of Dot juggling Frisbees, along with Spot Splatter Splash as Fris C juggling them, could be shown taking place outside, from the field to another part of the field and even the beach as Dot could be shown running with two Frisbees.

"Before you play Frisbee, you gotta warm up and stretch, you know, touch your toes, strike a pose, blow your nose, all of that," Dot said as the respective clips of Dot doing each action either at the beach or on the field were shown on the screen. Dot was shown doing a few push ups on two frisbees, and then striking a pose with them, both at the beach. "Now you gotta know where out of bounds is, but if it goes there, you gotta go get it," Dot said as a Frisbee could be shown being thrown past a "Warning" gate and Dot went to go get it, and threw it out of that area. "You either get busy discing, or get dizzy biscing," Dot said as she stepped up onto the table after catching the Frisbee she thrown. "Remember, for Frisbee you gotta stay hydrated," Dot said as she poured the whole pitcher of water all over herself and her face.

Dot was then shown standing under the shade of the tree for the next scene. "When you do Frisbee, it's gonna be really bright out. You wanna make sure to not let the sun go directly in your eyes when trying to throw," Dot, wearing her sunglasses for this scene, said. "To throw a good Frisbee, you have to ride the Frisbee," Dot said as she threw two Frisbees on the grass, stood on them, and with the power of special effects, Dot was riding the Frisbees above the trees, and even flying and spinning around in the bright blue sky. "I am the Frisbees," Dot said as she was riding through the sky while standing on the Frisbees. After a while of riding on the Frisbees later, Dot made a safe landing and landed on the grass slowly and steadily, and was ready to explain the next part of Frisbee flying.

"You know, a lot of people think Frisbees are hard, but you know what's really hard? Trying to get money from Forest Evergreen! Forest, you owe me like $50!" Dot said as she walked through the field after landing. Dot and Spot then stood in another area of the field where there's mostly trees and no grass. "I'm Fris B," Dot said. "And I'm Friz C," Spot said. "And we're the Frisbee Loopsies," Dot said. Dot and Spot did a few dance moves while holding their Frisbees, and then Dot tried to grab Spot using only her arms, but at least Spot didn't get hurt or anything. "Let me tell you the number one most important rule in disc golf," Dot told the viewers as she went and hid behind a tree, and then popped back out of there. "Got you," Dot said.

Dot then went and threw four pink Frisbees into hole 3 on the disc golf course in the Lalaloopsy Land field. "Ching! Chang! Walla walla! Bing bang!" Dot said as she threw each Frisbee into that hole, reciting the words from the Witch Doctor song. Dot and Spot were then shown sitting by that hole. "You know, the ancient Greeks used to throw Frisbees. They still do, but they used to too," Spot said. "I had Greek food last night," Dot said, missing the point of Spot's sentence. Dot and Spot then got together near one of the lakes in the field and did a thing with their Frisbees, before walking off the screen and moving on to the next scene. Dot then threw her Frisbee at far distances for Spot to try and come out a tree to catch it, but Spot kept on missing it and the Frisbee kept on hitting the trees instead.

"A lot of people think disc golf is a safe game. But if you're a tree, not good. You gotta go to the tree hospital, you gotta apply ointment to the tree," Dot said as she showed a tree to the viewers and how disc golf is not good for the trees. Dot then did a cartwheel, picked up a pink Frisbee off the grass, and threw the Frisbee in hole 9 on the disc golf course, but ended up missing and it fell off the hole. Dot tried her throwing of the Frisbee again, but this time, the Frisbee ended up in the lake. "You gotta let the Frisbee fly like an eagle. Like an eagle," Dot said as she showed off how to make the Frisbee fly like an eagle. "The key to retrieving your Frisbee is to be the Frisbee," Dot said as she twirled around like a Frisbee to go retrieve the Frisbee she just threw.

"It's Frisbee time!" Dot said as she showed off her watch. Dot and Spot were then shown in the playground throwing the Frisbee to each other and playing catch with it, hitting a duck shaped spring rider with the Frisbee in the process. "Yeah!" Dot said as she was back in the green field, having a drink of water and then catching the Frisbee that was thrown back to her, and then did a spit take as Dot threw the frisbee back. "When you gotta throw, you gotta throw," Dot said as she threw a detached toilet seat like a Frisbee next. "This is big," Dot said as she threw a big circle looking thing out there in the field. Dot then threw a Frisbee which popped a yellow and a purple balloon. "Shh, movie time," Dot said as the scene took place at her observatory, as her movie DVD slowly and safely went into the DVD player. "I got a package," Dot said as she was riding her bike and she threw the package at the mailbox. A bunch of paper plates were thrown at Dot while she was standing in the middle of a football field.

"The sun is strong, so when you play Frisbee, you gotta be protected from the sun," Dot said as she squirted on a good amount of sunscreen and rubbed that all over her face and arms, to stay protected. "Protected from the sun. Stay in school, kids," Dot said after rubbing the sunscreen all over. "Concrete," Dot said as she jumped onto a plank of concrete. "You know, when throwing a disc, you gotta have good footing, like this," Dot said as she sniffed the plank of concrete and then got back up. "That's concrete," Dot said. Dot did several throws from standing on the slab of concrete, until she threw the Frisbee far off, and the Frisbee ended up landing back in the middle of the green field. "You don't just drive discs on the disc golf course, sometimes, you have to drive a go kart," Dot said as she was driving her Papa Louie go kart on the course.

"If you wanna throw farther, you gotta get higher up," Dot said as she threw a Frisbee from the top floor of a parking garage, and it ended up hitting a green pole as Spot watched it hit that pole. Dot then kicked the Frisbee to see where it would land. Dot then went back to her observatory for the next scene. "You want some oats? I don't, I just want the Frisbee," Dot said as she threw the oats lid and it landed in her pile of other space junk. This then led to a montage of other food related Frisbee throwing. "I want cheese but I'm all the way over here," Dot said as she threw a cracker into a bowl of cheese like a Frisbee, and it landed perfectly. "You guys want some pizza?" Dot asked as she threw a frozen pepperoni pizza in the oven like a Frisbee, which landed safely, and Spot closed the oven and started baking it. Once it was done baking, Spot went ahead and threw it back to the plate, which Dot caught cleanly without it breaking or anything. Don't try what they just did here at home, kids.

"I don't cut cheese, I throw it," Dot said as she threw a circular slice of cheese at a plate of bread Spot's holding, and it landed right on there nice and safe. Spot went ahead and ate up the cheese sandwich. "Milk and cookies!" Dot said as she threw the cookies into a glass of milk like Frisbees and they landed nice and safely in the glass. "Breakfast," Dot said as she threw a waffle into the toaster like a Frisbee, and that toasted right up. "Lunch," Dot said as she threw a tortilla like a Frisbee into a frying pan, and that landed in the frying pan perfectly. "Dinner," Dot said as she took Spot's plate of dinner she just finished, and threw that like a Frisbee. "Too much Frisbee shaped food," Dot said as she threw her plate of remaining food in the trash like a Frisbee.

"You can use a Frisbee to do anything," Dot said as a montage of that ability was shown on the screen. Dot was shown not being able to reach the remote in her observatory. "I can't reach it. Good thing I got my Frisbee!" Dot said as she threw the Frisbee at the power button and turned on the TV with it, which showed Littlest Pet Shop on the screen, and gave a thumbs up. "Time to listen to some jazz," Dot said as she threw the record like a Frisbee and it landed in the record player perfectly, and jazz started playing. "You can use Frisbees to communicate," Dot said as she threw Spot a message on a Frisbee saying "You're the best Lalaloopsy!" "This shot's gonna be lit," Dot said as she was shown throwing a Frisbee into the darkness at a Public Storage facility, where the lights turned on after the Frisbee landed there. "With a Frisbee, you can even turn the lights off," Dot said as she threw a Frisbee at the lamp and turned off the lights and gave a thumbs up. "I forgot to flush," Dot said as she threw a Frisbee at the toilet right from her bed, flushing the toilet.

"Frisbee even makes laundry day easier. Mmm, fresh," Dot said as she was throwing her clothes into the drawer like Frisbees. Spot then jumped into the pool and made a motion to look like she was about to drown. "Frisbee saves lives," Dot said as she threw the rescue ring into the pool like a Frisbee, and it landed perfectly on Spot, which really did save Spot's life. "You'll never believe the things you can find, I found this Frisbee under a water heater," Dot said as she threw a big Frisbee looking thing off to the distance in the green field. Dot was then shown getting out of her go kart. "If you need a cream pie, I'm your girl. Hi, I'm Dot, I got cream pies here for sale, they're not even for sale, I'm just giving them away. One cream pie coming up," Dot said as she threw the cream pie at Spot which splattered everywhere, as Spot giggled. Dot and Spot then did some tricks together at the same area of the field with disc golf hole 3.

"Let me tell you something about Frisbee. You know, there's five things you gotta know about Frisbee. Wind, wind, wind," Dot said as the scene then cut to Dot throwing a Frisbee to Spot from a distance, and then Spot throwing it right back. Dot then threw a Frisbee at a skating rink, and the Frisbee circled around the walls until Dot caught it. "That's how you Frisbee," Dot told the viewers. "To be great at Frisbee you gotta know the wind," Dot said after seeing the wind circle a fan looking thing above her. Dot threw her Frisbee, which ended up landing in a bush, as Dot went to retrieve it. "You know, first I was making the Frisbee sore, now the Frisbees are making me sore," Dot said after she showed that off. "Now that you konw how to Frisbee, go out there and be a champion. Take it from me, Friz B," Dot said to the viewers, as this Frisbee tutorial ends right here.
