Panel 1. A shot of the sun rising over the Gerudo Highlands cliffs, set over an image of the inside of the Yiga hideout, where a masked Yiga crouches with their back to the viewer in front of a pile of crates at the base of a large hanging banner with the Yiga symbol painted on it. Text box: "The Yiga Clan hide deep in the desert... slinking in the shadows, fearing the sun."
Panel 2. A Gerudo woman (Urbosa's mother) shown from the neck down, reading from a book. A speech bubble says, "Supposedly, their betrayal of the Goddess has cursed their souls."
Panel 3. Young Urbosa, sprawled on her bed. She is laying on her stomach with her elbows propped on a large sand seal plush, looking towards her mother offscreen. She says, "But what did she do to their souls? Can they ask her to fix it if they say sorry?"
Her mother replies, "No, Urbosa."
Panel 4. Urbosa's mother, facing away from her daughter, who looks at her with a pensive expression, says, "Some harms can never be forgiven."

Panel 1. Text only in front of a window, showing that it is night with a waning crescent moon. Urbosa: "Is that why you and Seera must go to their lair?"
Mother: "Yes."
Urbosa: "May I see the artifacts they stole once you reclaim them?"
Mother: "In the morning, child. It is late, and now, you must sleep."
Panel 2. Urbosa, now tucked into bed, says, "Good night, Mother."
Her mother, lingering in the doorway, says, "Good night, my desert flower."
Panel 3. Urbosa's mother, standing in dark shadow, holds a Gerudo spear. The lower half of her face is now covered by a mask, and her gaze is intense.
Panel 4. Two people, wearing stealth cloaks, shown from behind. They are standing at the entrance of the Yiga lair.
Panel 5. The Thunder Helm, sitting on a pedestal, framed by red Yiga cloth.
Panel 6. Urbosa's mother and aunt Seera, wearing the stealth cloaks, inside the Yiga lair. They are standing with their backs to a wall, looking at each other, not noticing the three Yiga leaning around a corner. One of them has a raised sickle in hand.
Mother (whispered): "This is too easy. I do not like it."
Seera (whispered): "Agreed. It must be some sort of—"

Panel 1. A sunrise over the Gerudo Desert. The town is small in the distance.
Panel 2. Urbosa lies in bed, recently awoken and looking very sleepy. Offscreen, someone says, "Lady Urbosa? ... I am sorry to wake you." There are tiny white cracks at the bottom of the panel.
Panel 3. Large, violent red text spanning across the top of the panel reads, "Your mother is dead." The panel is split in half by a jagged crack. shaped like a lightning bolt. On the left half is a closeup of Urbosa's mother's face, covered in blood with a shocked expression. There is a large gash across her chest, and several smaller ones on her face. On the right is a closeup of Urbosa's face with a horrified expression, tears leaking from her eye. The crack splitting the panel stops directly above her heart, spidering outwards like jagged shards of glass. Urbosa and her mother's faces are aligned, so that they look like one person.
