Chapter Text

Hello and welcome to the “Another Destiny” greetings! If you would like to request a greeting, please read the rules below to inform yourself about how to do so.

Rules:

1. When requesting a greeting, the character cannot be asked for any game information or spoilers. Asking for game information or spoilers would ruin the fun, and such questions are likely to be rejected.

2. Max question count for a greeting is eight.

3. When requesting a double greeting, the characters must be a part of the same team or already be eliminated.

4. You cannot ask for more than one greeting at a time. You must wait until your current greeting you’re waiting for is out in order to request another one.

5. Greetings will ONLY be accessible to people who have read AND reviewed on at least 3 chapters of a season. This goes towards every AD season.:)

Those were all the rules. Make sure to comment your questions for the characters in order to request a greeting!

“Hey there, TheDrama100!” Zaid waved at the camera with a bright smile. “I'm quite flattered that I was the first one to get a greeting; I thought others were more popular.” He chuckled. “But, that aside, I’d gladly answer your questions!”

“How mad am I at Connor right now? Well, if I have to be honest, quite a lot. Man was such a nice guy, and then I found out that this whole time he’s been creeping around our stuff… I was more than furious.” Zaid was visibly upset as he raised his voice a bit before calming down.

“Anyway… Will I miss Grett?” He sighed. “Even if she was not the nicest of people on the team, she seemed like a genuine ally. I am a bit disappointed that she had to go so early, especially the way she did.” Zaid answered, clearly not happy with how the elimination went down.

Suddenly, the cook blushed. “W-What kind of question is that!?” He chuckled anxiously. “Well… I can’t just speak ill of a friend. I suppose he’s quite attractive and such. Hope you don't take this the wrong way...!” He laughed while blushing.

His mood changed quickly after hearing the next question. “Why do I think I’m what!? In what world do you think it’s okay to ask someone such a thing!? What has humanity come to…” He face-palmed and waved goodbye at the camera as the greeting ended.

“Yo! Thanks for the greeting, BlazingPyro55!” Zaid smiled, but that smile quickly turned into fear after he heard the question.

Zaid blushed and looked around, looking for an exit. “Would I spank Hunter…?” He seemed visibly shaken, his face quite red. “I would never do such a thing! Me and Hunter are just friends!” Zaid quickly defended himself. “I know some people have questionable friendships, but there has to be a line that needs to be drawn! Not to mention, I just met the guy! Have some decency, people!” Zaid sighed, still quite red from the question. “Goodbye.” He waved at the camera, weirded out.

“Hey Sapphire_bird_n89! Glad I could give you a greeting!” Hunter smiled.

“So, you have two questions for me. Would I spank Zaid or be spanked by Zaid…?” Hunter looked at the camera in distress and blinked a few times before he let out a nervous chuckle. “This is quite the weird thing to ask, don’t you think? I don’t think Zaid would feel comfortable with me answering this question… Well, not that I want to answer it. Sorry to disappoint.” He smiled and waved at the camera, happy that the greeting ended.

“Howdy, Godjacob95!” Ashley adjusted her hat as she glanced over at the camera. “Glad to be your choice for a greeting. I see you have asked me some questions here, and I am here to deliver!” She giggled.

“After Will got eliminated, I must say initially I was mostly frustrated with Jade. I know my offer was not very well planned, but I would’ve appreciated it if she at least considered it, you know? As for the other two, well, I can’t blame Hannah for what she did. The girl is going through a lot, and I’m sad things may not work out between the two of us.” She sighed.

“Anyway, my favorite aspect of being a cowgirl definitely has to be the time with the animals! Seeing those little creatures roam around the farm is like the cutest picture you could imagine! Besides that, I enjoy helping my parents with the crops; seeing them happy is what’s important for me.” She smiled.

“And last question…” She blushed. “Oh, wow! That is quite the surprise.” She chuckled. “Well, if I have to be honest, Will is one cute guy. He’s genuine and is quite nice; that’s what matters to me.” Ashley smiled. “If he’s willing to give it a chance, then I don’t see why not!” She then heard the last bit of the question and turned super red. “Woah, woah! What are you implying here?! I just think he can be a nice partner, nothing much!” She stood silent before letting out a grin. “Even if he is quite the hot piece…” Ashley giggled. “That will be from me now! Thanks for the greeting, Godjacob!” She waved the camera goodbye.

“Hey there, Godjacob95! It’s really nice to see that people are interested in my time during the show!” She chuckled. “I heard you’ve given me some questions, so let’s get to them, shall we?”

“My best experience on this show so far? Well, I guess I would say it’s probably my one and only good experience, that being me and Tess making an alliance. I think me and her are really hitting it off, and I have high hopes for the two of us!” Hannah smiled and crossed her fingers.

“The funniest encounter at a bar I’ve had? I’d have to go with that one time when some guy with an ugly-looking vest came into the bar, and after having a few too many beers, he fell off his chair and broke a hole into the floor. Guy almost fell into the basement; felt bad for him. His wife didn’t seem very happy when we called her to pick him up…” She laughed.

“Lastly, who did I enjoy getting to know the most during my time here? Oh my gooosh, it has to be Tristan! They were such a vibe and were a very fun person to be around. It was sad seeing them go so early, and I miss them a lot.” She sighed. “Hm, maybe I should contact them after all of this is over!”

“Anyway, thank you for the greeting you ordered! Hope you’re satisfied with my answers, and if not, feel free to ask me once again!” Hannah waved goodbye at the camera with a little giggle.

Hunter and Zaid waved at the camera and smiled at each other. “Hey Etheral_Stars8, thanks for the greeting with my buddy Hunter!” Zaid chuckled.

“We heard you have some questions for the two of us, and I hope we will be able to answer most of them!” Hunter smiled as the two moved onto the questions.

“What do we think of the ship name Zunter…?” Hunter blushed as he heard the question, and Zaid raised his eyebrow.

“Ship? As in a boat? Man, I’d be so proud if a boat was named after me!” Zaid laughed out loud as Hunter let out a nervous chuckle. “Well, I’d be down for a boat named after the two of us, man!” He elbowed Hunter in the arm, gently.

Zaid moved on. “Oh, this one's for you… Hunter, do you like Zaid’s… ass?” Zaid looked at the camera, worried, but also was blushing a lot. “What the–”

“I don’t feel very comfortable answering this question about a friend of mine…” Hunter denied the answer, while his face was as red as a tomato.

“People watch this show for anything, I swear…” Zaid facepalmed as Hunter read the next question out loud.

“Zaid, would you kiss Hunter? ...” Hunter got even redder as he tried to cover his face with his hand.

“Uhm, well… Not on the lips, of course… We’re just friends. If you mean on the cheek, I think that’s fine… the French do it, no?” Zaid tried to deny the fact that people want him and Hunter to make out.

“Oh, here’s a normal one. What’s your favorite thing about each other?” Zaid smiled. “Well, I like how optimistic and easy to talk to Hunter is. I find our interactions to be quite refreshing most of the time, and it’s good knowing there’s someone who would listen to you after a long day on this show.”

Hunter smiled. “Thanks, Zaid, I appreciate it.” The two fist bumped. “For me, it has to be how positive you are. I think having someone who sees the good in others for the most part is really nice.”

“Yeah, even if some of the people on the show can be quite… bad.” Zaid tried to word this in the nicest way possible as Hunter cut him off with the next question.

“What are both of our gay awakenings…?” Hunter glanced at Zaid. “I… don’t think I can answer that.”

“Well, I’m not gay, so I won’t be able to answer either.” He let out a nervous giggle.

Hunter nodded as he checked the last question. “Is Zunter canon?” He sighed.

“What, the boat?” Zaid raised his eyebrow.

“Well, look, it’s not exactly a boat; it’s more of a…” Hunter was trying to figure out how to word this. “Liking two people together and giving them a so-called “ship name.”

“Wait, wait, so you mean like… People want us to date?!” Zaid blushed as Hunter tried to hide his red face.

“Okay, I think I’ve heard enough. I will need to take some time off because, man, this is…” Aaaah, well…” Zaid blushed a lot as he grabbed the camera and decided to stop the recording himself.

“Hey, there, TheDrama100! Glad to see you wanted to see me and my friend on camera for a greeting!” Hunter greeted them as Zaid let out a slight wave to the camera as well.

“Okay, like most others, you’ve also given us some questions to answer… Not that they were any good last time…” Zaid said, with saltiness in his voice as he crossed his arms.

“Hey, be nice! Maybe this time around the questions won’t be as bad!” And as Hunter said that… “Does my father not show up because he doesn’t like me, and if so, do I bond with Zaid over being fatherless…?” Hunter glanced at Zaid in confusion. “Oh.”

“Well, no, my father doesn’t show up because he’s busy with work. He very much loves me for who I am, and he has always been proud of me.”

“As for me and Zaid bonding over that… Well, no, we have so much more stuff to talk about; we don’t always have to discuss some stuff that the other wouldn’t like to talk about. I think it’s pretty fair we don’t bond over that of all things.”

Zaid scoffed. “See, I told you.” He rolled his eyes as he looked at the next question. “While it’s obvious Hunter’s arms look muscular and hot in his tank top, do you think he’ll look even better without it…?” Zaid’s eyes widened. “Man, what the hell!?”

He sighed. “Well… I guess Hunter doesn’t look bad with the tank top on, and I think it’s fine if he wants to show some muscles.” Zaid grinned as he flexed at the camera. “Nothing wrong with wanting to flex at times? Right, Hunter?” He chuckled as he glanced at Hunter, who was staring at Zaid’s biceps.

“Huh?” Hunter snapped out of it. “Right!”

“Uhh, okay, man!” Zaid was confused. “Anyway, the next question is for both of us. Why do you blush so much around each other? Do you want to sloppily make out?” Zaid was in complete shock. “Can we cut the cameras!?”

“It’s the sun, I promise!” Hunter tried to excuse it as Zaid wanted to stop the cameras.

“Who lets these questions go through!? Oh my God!” Zaid scoffed as the greeting ended.

Zaid waved at the camera. “Hey there– Oh, it’s you…” He sighed. “Hello, TheDrama100. Thanks for the greeting, I guess.” He rolled his eyes. “Time to see what bullshit you’ve asked me this time around.”

“Do I think Hunter will…” His eyes widened. “What the hell!?” He yelled. “Are you out of your mind?! First of all, Hunter and I are not even dating; we’ve not talked about how things will end up, and second of all, why would he do it with Connor of all people? Not that he’s not handsome, but–” He facepalmed. “Forget it.”

“How much do I need to cook to feed Jade and Grett at camp?” He raised an eyebrow. “I am confused. Why are you curious about this? I cook normal portions for everyone and also have some extra if anyone wants another plate.” He stopped to think about something. “Now that you mention it, they do tend to always grab an extra portion, but I’m sure it’s because of how starved we are here.”

“How did I go through my bi crisis so quickly?” He sighed. “First off all, it wasn’t a crisis… I just didn’t know that’s the way I felt on the inside. I’m not the best at dating, so consider this my first experience at proper romance, not some teenage high-school girlfriend or something.” He smiled. “But, I’m happy I managed to find who I truly am. I really hope people don’t see me any differently because of it…”

“Lastly, if Tess would kill herself–” He looked at the camera in distress. “Can we air this?” He continued reading after asking the obvious question with the answer, yes. “…So I could make the final four, would I cheer?”

“Okay, what the actual fuck? I would not cheer, obviously?!” He was pissed. “Tess is a friend of mine, and if she did anything to harm herself, I’d make sure to help her out in any way possible. I'm not like Grett or Jade to make fun of other people’s pain and suffering.” He rolled his eyes and waved at the camera. “Bye.”

“Hey there, Ethereal_Stars8!” Hunter waved at the camera.

“Glad to hear from you again! Looks like you have a few extra questions for me and Hunter!” Zaid chuckled as the two smiled at each other.

“Okay, first off. What will we do with our lives now that the show is over?” Hunter read the questions out loud. “Well, for me, I want to see my mom again and see how she’s doing and if she’s okay.” He smiled.

Zaid was thinking and finally got an answer. “First I will pay my momma for helping me pay for culinary school. I really owe her this, as she has helped me so much through my life, and this is one of the biggest things she’s done for me. Then, I will probably look for a stable job and maybe even buy a house with the money I got!”

Hunter smiled. “That’s great, Zaid.” The two blushed at each other. “I hope we also can get to spend more time together… I’ll really miss you otherwise.”

“Of course, Hunter. I could never leave you like that; the moment I can, I’m taking you out to dinner.” The two laughed as Zaid looked at the next question. “Will I introduce Hunter to my mom…?” He sighed.

“Well, I’d love to. I think Hunter is a very nice guy, and the two of them will surely get along. Not to mention, my sister would also love to meet you; I can’t introduce you to one of them and not to the other.” He chuckled as Hunter smiled.

“I’d love to meet them both…” The two grabbed hands gently as they looked at the next question, which flustered Hunter. “Did I enjoy spanking Zaid?! Am I sad I didn’t feel his crotch?! UHM–” Even though Hunter refused to answer, the answer was obviously “yes” to both questions.

“Yeah, skipping this one…” Zaid rolled his eyes as he looked at the next question. “What’s your favorite part of each other’s body–” Zaid was speechless. “WHAT THE HELL?” He yelled out.

“You have nice arms…” Hunter mumbled as Zaid blushed.

“Really?” He looked at Hunter, a bit playful as he flexed his biceps, causing Hunter to blush. “And you got some nice legs.” Zaid complimented Hunter, which caused him to blush more. We knew it wasn’t the sun.

“What will our first date be?” Hunter read the next question and smiled. “You know I’d love to spend a peaceful night at home, maybe doing a puzzle!”

“Oh, and while eating spaghetti bolognese with some red wine, homemade of course." Zaid winked.

“It’s just, the idea of a date night at home is very appealing to me. I don’t like being out in big crowds, really…” Hunter said.

“Hey, that’s fine, man. I understand.” Zaid patted him on the back as he looked at the next question. “Are you finally getting over the internalized homophobia and being official?” Zaid sighed. “First off all, it’s not internalized homophobia or whatever. Second, we still have to talk about what we will end up as…” He looked at Hunter, unsure.

Hunter smiled to cheer him up. “But I’m sure whatever happens, the two of us will still be very close, even if nothing happens between us.”

Zaid nodded as he read the next question. “What do you think about Zunter trending on Twitter? Oh, that boat?”

Hunter sighed. “No, Zaid. Us.”

“Ohh!” He chuckled nervously. “Well, I honestly think we slayed that!”

Hunter facepalmed. “Please, never use slang again!” Hunter chuckled playfully. “But I agree, I’m glad people enjoy the two of us… Usually Twitter can be a bit–”

“Psychotic.” Zaid said.

“You can’t say that, Zaid!” Hunter tried to stop him as he looked at the last question. “Zaid, is your mom… homophobic?” Hunter looked at him.

Zaid shook his head. “No! Not at all… It’s just… I’m scared of how she’s gonna react to the two of us. Truth be told, she doesn’t approve of me dating anyone until I’m ready and have set my life in one place. That’s what I’m worried about… But I have to agree, sometimes it does worry me that she won’t accept me the way I am…”

“Well, we have to go home soon, so you’d have to talk to her about it, you know?” Hunter said.

Zaid sighed and nodded. “Whatever happens, I will defend you.” The two hugged as they waved at the camera.

“Goodbye, Ethereal_Stars8!” Hunter said.

“Bye!” Zaid waved.

Grett and Jade waved at the camera. "Hey, BlazingPyro55! Good to hear from a fan!" Grett said, knowing dang well she has no fans after the finale.

"We heard you have a question for us, and we'll gladly answer!" Jade smiled.

"Okay, let's see what you have for us." Grett looked at the question. "Who is more of a big back?" Grett's eyes widened in anger. "WHAT THE HELL?"

"I don't think commenting on our bodies is a very nice thing to do, you know?" Jade rolled her eyes.

"Ugh, these people pmo!" Grett scoffed.

"What does PMO stand for?" Jade asked.

"Pissing me off." Grett responded, confusing Jade before the greeting ended.

Lill and Marissa were standing next to each other, and the two waved at the camera with warm smiles on their faces. “Hey there ,Godjacob95!” Lill greeted them.

“Thanks for the greeting request! We heard you have some questions for us, so let’s get into it!” Marissa chuckled as Lill nodded and read the next question.

“What would you say was your biggest surprise so early into the game?” She thought about the question. “Maybe the whole thing with Karol. She turned out to be way nicer than I thought, and it was quite nice getting to know her.”

“She definitely doesn’t look like the talkative type!” Marissa joked as she read the next question. “Is there anyone on my team that stuck out to me in a good or bad way? Well, I’d say Logan was the biggest surprise; he was really close to me, and the talk I had with him before my elimination… It felt nice getting everything out. I also can tell I helped him talk some stuff out…”

Lill smiled. “That’s so sweet…” Lill then read the next question. “What are some valuable skills you think the time with your Girl Scouts has gifted me?” She put a hand on her chest. “I think they’ve made me realize that spending time with your friends is way more valuable than some people think it is. It’s important you stay close to the friends you care about; otherwise, who knows what might happen?” She smiled. “They also made me realize spending time on your phone is not good! This brainrot thing is not okay! Like, what does 67 even mean?!”

Marissa laughed. “Obviously the military is a big thing for you and your family, but are there any other hobbies you enjoy?” She sighed. “Well, I’ve never had the time for hobbies… But now that I have more time, I’d appreciate getting into some kind of sport, maybe like volleyball!”

“Ooh, that would be nice!” Lill said as it was time for the greeting to end. “Well, looks like our time here is done! Goodbye, Godjacob95, hope to see you soon!”

“Cya!” Marissa waved at the camera.
