Chapter Text

It's been a week since the tournament ended and all of the Communities have started massive witch hunt for John Doe and Quiet including the girl that was with them. After learning of what happened at the tournament the residences of New San Francisco have been waiting and hoping to hear from their community leader but have yet to hear from her and are starting to get worried.)

At New San Francisco.

At the warehouse.

Up In Raven's office.

(Someone is sitting down at her desk as someone walks in and looks at them.)

Gamma: Mark!

(He looks up at her.)

Mark: Yeah.
Gamma: We still have no word from Raven.
Mark: Fuck.
Gamma: What you wanna do?
Mark: It's been a week. Since the tournament ended and we still have nothing on where she is.
Gamma: You wanting to give up on her?

(Mark looks at her and then looks off.)

Mark: No of course not. I'm not giving up on this one.
Gamma: We'll keep the call outs to other communities.
Mark: Are right thank you.
Gamma: You bet.

(Then she turns and walks out of the office to go and keep the search for Raven going.)

Mark: Where the hell are you Raven?

Later that day.

Over at Olivia's clinic.

(She's sitting there working on patients files as someone walks into the building and over to her after closing the door behind him.)

Robbie: Hey babe.

(Olivia looks up at her husband and smiles at him.)

Olivia: Hey honey. What's up?
Robbie: Just coming to see you and Dr. Turner over there.

(Lance looks up at him and shows him his doctor things and Robbie walks over to him.)

Robbie: Wow look at you. Very official Dr. Turner.
Mark: Oh Dr. Turner.

(Lance looks up and runs over to him.)

Lance: Dr. Lance Turner at your service.
Mark: Oh really?
Lance: Yeah.

(Mark kneels down in front of him.)

Mark: What's your suggestion on a broken heart?

(Lance looks at him and then looks off as if he's thinking about something and then looks at him as he leans into him and kisses his cheek getting Mark to smile at him.)

Mark: Well thank you Dr. Turner.
Lance: You're welcome. You okay Uncle Mark?
Mark: I'm fine. I'll be even better once we find out where Raven is.
Olivia: Still nothing.
Mark: No. Once this one disappeared. We weren't expecting another one to go missing as well.
Robbie: I'm sorry man.

(Before Mark can say anything they hear announcement over to the speakers and Mark rushes from the clinic and out towards the gates.)

Mark: Open the gates.

(The gates open and Mark rushes out and sees a car he knows all to well there and the driver. He rushes to the car and opens the door then she falls out into his arms.)

Mark: Raven!

(She stays lying in his arms as he helps her out of the car and rushes her inside of the community to Olivia's clinic.)

Over at Olivia's clinic.

(Mark rushes into the Clinic and over to Olivia.)

Mark: Liv!

(She looks at him and he rushes her over to the bed and Lies her down and she gets to work on her.)

Mark: What the hell happened to her?
Jill: Don't know. But by the looks of it. Someone blew the car she was in up.

(Mark looks at then over to his friend whose lying there fighting for her life as her brothers run into the clinic.)

Noah: Raven!

(Mark looks at him and rushes over to him.)

Mark: Noah!

(Noah looks at his ex.)

Noah: What the fuck happened?
Mark: The tournament.
Noah: Mark that was a week ago.
Mark: I know that.
Noah: I just don't get it.
Mark: Liv and Jill will let us know how she is when they can.
Noah: She's looks beaten and bruised.
Mark: Jill seems to believe the car she was in was blown up while she was in it.
Noah: Oh god. If this was done by John.

(Mark looks at him and then to Raven in the bed badly injured.)

Mark: Believe me you won't be the only one.

(Noah nods his head at him.)

A couple of days later.

At Kelly's bar.

(Mark's in there thinking as someone walks up to him and sits down.)

Mark: Why if it isn't Maggie McFierce.

(Maggie laughs at him.)

Maggie: How's Raven?
Mark: She's doing okay. She's lucky she made it here.
Maggie: Yeah. I mean don't get me wrong.
Mark: What?
Maggie: I was hoping that the Raven that came back was my sister.
Mark: I Know. But Noah has a right to have his sister back too Mag's.
Maggie: I know that. I just wish I knew where she was.
Mark: So Do I.
Maggie: Your still in love with her.

(Mark looks at her and smiles.)

Mark: She's my bestfriend and she's missing. I mean we got one back. But she's not the one who i was expecting.
Maggie: I'm sorry.
Mark: It's fine.

(She smiles at him as Lance runs into the bar and over to them.)

Lance: Uncle Mark! Aunt Maggie.

(They both look at him.)

Mark: Hey little man what's up?
Lance: Raven's awake and she wants to see you.
Mark: Me?
Lance: Both of you. She said she know where Aunt Raven is.

(They both get up and Mark picks him up and they walk off towards the clinic.)

Over at the clinic.

(Mark and Maggie walk into the clinic while Mark's holding Lance who he puts down and he runs over to Raven and quickly starts talking to her getting both Mark and Maggie to laugh at him.)

Maggie: She better becareful.
Mark: Yeah Lance will start calling her his wifey any day now.

(She looks at him and laughs as he walks over to her.)

Mark: Hey it's everyone's favorite pain in the ass.

(She looks at him and laughs.)

Raven: Fuck off jackass.

(Mark looks at her and laughs. Then he kneels down next to Lance.)

Mark: How is she doing Dr. Turner?
Lance: Her good. She can handle dorks like you and uncle Trevor.

(Mark looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: You think I'm a dork there Rav?
Raven: Yeah.
Mark: Rude.
Raven: Sorry not sorry.
Mark: Anyway.

(She laughs at him.)

Raven: What's up?
Mark: What happened?
Raven: We were in the middle of the final round of the tournament when all of a sudden I got hit by Bomarang blast.

(Mark looks at her and then to Maggie who looks off annoyed.)

Mark: Bomarang blast?
Maggie: Raven mentioned something about those.
Mark: I've heard of those.
Maggie: What the hell do they do?
Mark: The person who fires it. It's supposed to go right back at them.
Maggie: Who fired it?
Raven: John Fucken Doe did.

(Mark looks off annoyed.)

Mark: I'm gonna kill him.
Maggie: Mark!
Mark: No. For the longest time while he was here. All he did was try to escape all so he could get back to his damn girlfriend.
Maggie: And that was his right.
Mark: I know it was. How did you survive the blast?
Raven: I managed to escape the car before it hit.

(They all nod their heads at her as Mark still looks around annoyed.)

Noah: So how are you so beaten up?
Raven: I got captured by someone from one of the other communities and they had beaten on me for information.
Mark: What kind of information?
Raven: About where Raven McPherson is.
Olivia: Why would they wanna know where my aunt is?
Raven: I couldn't tell you.

(They nod their heads at her.)

Raven: But they were dead set against finding out where she is.
Mark: Why'd she leave?
Raven: She didn't leave on her own.
Mark: How's that?
Raven: She was forced to leave.
Maggie: By who?
Raven: Nicole!

(Noah looks at her and then looks off.)

Noah: So she's the reason why Raven left.
Mark: Yeah. You gonna be okay?
Noah: Yeah. I've got my sister back in my life so.
Mark: Okay good.

(He smiles at him as Mark let's him walk out of the clinic to go and deal with his ex wife.)

Mark: Fuck.
Raven: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Raven: He's not gonna let her get away with this.
Mark: I know that. I'm glad you're back and okay.
Raven: I'm just fine.
Mark: Okay good. I'll see ya.

(She smiles at him as he turns and walks off as he walks out Lance sits there and starts talking to her and catching her up on all things that have been going on around the community since she's been gone. And Raven's sitting there trying to keep from laughing at him.)

Acouple of weeks later.

Over at the warehouse.

In Raven's office.

(She's sitting down behind her desk working on some paperwork as someone knocks on the door.)

Raven: Doors open.

(The door opens and Mark walks in with Lance right behind him and he runs right to Raven who puts what she's doing down and walks over to him.)

Raven: Wow look at you.
Lance: I'm an official doctor.
Raven: Wow. You're gonna give Olivia and run for her money huh?
Lance: I'm trying but Uncle Robbie won't let me.
Raven: Uh-oh.
Mark: Yeah. So Dr. Turner.

(Lance turns and looks at him.)

Lance: What?

(Mark kneels down in front of him.)

Mark: How she doing?

(Lance turns and looks at her.)

Lance: Sit.

(Raven does as she's told and Mark helps him up onto her lap and he looks her over getting her to laugh and he grabs what he needs and puts the stethoscope to her heart getting Mark to laugh at him. Then he puts it away and looks at her.)

Lance: Her okay. Her still pretty.

(Mark laughs at him as Raven looks off blushing.)

Raven: Well thank you Lance.
Lance: You welcome. Can I ask you something.
Raven: Sure.

(He plays with her face getting her to laugh at him.)

Lance: Why you still single?

(She looks at him and then to Mark.)

Mark: Lance!
Lance: What? Her could be my wifey.

(Mark looks off laughing along with Raven.)

Raven: Wanna know why I'm still single?
Lance: Yeah.
Raven: I haven't found the right person yet.
Lance: My uncle Mark is single.

(Mark looks at him and then to Raven laughing.)

Mark: Rave I'm so sorry.
Raven: It's okay.
Mark: You're trying to be a little matchmaker aren't you?
Lance: Maybe. Her so pretty uncle Mark.

(Mark laughs at him.)

Mark: She's very pretty.
Lance: But you don't wanna date her?
Mark: Not right now bud. Maybe sometime in the future.
Lance: Okay. I gotta go now Sissy is waiting for me.
Mark: Okay.

(He kisses his head then pulls away from it as he puts him down and he runs off. As he runs off and closes the door behind him Mark turns and looks at Raven.)

Raven: He's cute.
Mark: He is. And little matchmaker.
Raven: He just wants you to be happy.
Mark: I know he does. But be careful.
Raven: Why?
Mark: He'll start calling you his wifey.

(Raven laughs at him as he walks over to her.)

Mark: I really am glad you're okay.
Raven: Thank you.
Mark: You're welcome.

(Feeling how close they are. Mark kisses her catching her off guard while the kiss continues she pulls him closer he smiles in it then she pulls away from him. He places his forehead against hers and she smiles at him.)

Raven: What was that for?
Mark: I don't know. Here i just went through a break up and I'm here kissing my ex's sister.

(She looks at him and smiles.)

Raven: How long ago?
Mark: Just before the end of the tournament.

(She nods her head at him. He looks down and she slides her hands into his shirt moving them down to his stomach getting him to look at her.)

Mark: What you doing?
Raven: Moving on.

(Mark smiles at her as he kisses her as their kissing he takes his shirt off and throws them to the floor as it hits the floor he picks her up and places her down onto the desk she lies back on it getting Mark to pull away from her and opens her jacket and shirt once their open he pushes them away from her chest and he runs his hand over it getting her to smile at him.)

Mark: God you're so beautiful.
Raven: Thank you.
Mark: You're welcome.

(She sits up and he pushes them both off and they both hit the desk she smiles at him as he goes to kiss her again only to have the radio goes off and she grabs it still looking at Mark's naked torso and kisses it getting him to smile at her.)

Raven: So sexy.
Mark: Thank you.
Raven: Anyway.

(She kisses him again getting her to throw the radio away and Mark laughs in the kiss as the door to her office opens and Kirby walks in to see them half naked and quickly backs out screaming.)

Kirby: Oh god. Babe he's finally getting her.

(Mark and Raven pull away from each other and look at the other and laughs.)

Mark: Maybe doing it here isn't the best idea.
Raven: Yeah.

(He sits up and walks over to his shirt and picks it up as the radio goes off again. Mark walks over to it and picks it up then he hands it to her.)

Raven: Thank you.
Mark: You're welcome.
Raven: What's going on Jessica?
Jessica: We found John Doe and Quiet.

Raven: Thank you.
Mark: You're welcome.
Raven: What's going on Jessica?
Jessica: We found John Doe and Quiet.

(Both Mark and Raven look at each other.)

Raven: We're on the way there.

(She quickly gets her shirt and jacket back on and buttoned up.)

Minutes later.

Over at their security building.

(Both Mark and Raven walk in and over to them.)

Mark: What's going on?
Jessica: We've been going over the footage of the tournament and we see them leave in Sweet Tooths Ice cream truck and they weren't alone.

(She shows them the feed and they see who it is.)

Raven: That's Mayhem.
Mark: Who?
Raven: She was another driver in the tournament. She was the driver I eliminated.
Mark: So why was she still there?
Raven: I don't know. My guess is she got close to them.
Mark: Wait you fired at kid?

(Raven looks at him and laughs.)

Raven: No. I fired at John and when they saw me aiming for them. They both moved and my bolt of lighting hit the kids car.

(Mark nods his head at her.)

Mark: Bring up that footage for me.

(Jessica dose as Mark asks her too. And brings up the footage from that round and they all watch it through.)

Mark: Wait wait. Jess back that up.

(She does as she's told and backs it up.)

Mark: Why the hell are there three what looks like Roadkill?

(Raven looks at the footage and sees them.)

Raven: Well I know these two here are John and Quiet.
Mark: Okay.
Raven: But I have no idea on who that is.
Mark: Can you get a good view of the driver of this car?
Jessica: I can try. But with it being night round.
Mark: You're not gonna be able to see the drivers face.
Jessica: No.
Mark: Was anyone aware of that there was someone else in the tournament?
Raven: No. I'm not even sure Calypso knew.

(Mark looks off annoyed.)

Mark: We gotta find this driver.
Raven: How? Their all gone. Other then me John and Quiet.
Mark: Okay so all of the other drivers other than you John Quiet and this one here are all dead.
Raven: Yes.
Mark: Okay.
Jessica: Mark!
Mark: There was an extra driver in this round here and you're honestly telling me no one noticed three fucken Road kill's on the fucken course?
Raven: No. It was dark other then lighting moving around the cars.
Mark: Shit.
Jessica: Mark!
Mark: Yeah.
Jessica: I've been going everyone of the cars that was in the tournament.
Mark: Okay.
Jessica: This one was Krista.

(Mark looks at the picture and the car knowing full well who it is.)

Mark: Raven that's John's sister.

(She looks at him and then to the picture of her.)

Raven: Shit. What about the others?
Jessica: Um. This one was John and Quiet in the one Road kill at the time before I'm guessing Calypso brought in the other one.
Raven: Yeah.
Jessica: This one here is holy shit.
Mark: What?
Jessica: The car the girl was driving wasn't her's when the tournament started.
Mark: Whose was it?
Jessica: Chuckie Floop's!

(Mark looks at Raven who looks off.)

Mark: She was driving a dead man's car.
Raven: Yeah. But she told Calypso that someone had slashed her tires and his car was there.
Mark: A car like his would of had computer put into it.
Raven: He did mention it was run by a computer.
Mark: And in order for this car to run. She would of had to put in a new username.
Raven: Or the car wouldn't of run.
Mark: No.
Jessica: Well it wouldn't of mattered anyway. She was out of the tournament once she was hit.

(Then Mark spots something and looks at it closely.)

Jessica: What?
Mark: The car that went back. Wasn't Raven's.

(She looks at the footage and they see another car pull up and it's the same type of car she was driving.)

Mark: Someone was trying to set you up.

(Raven looks off annoyed.)

Raven: Fuck.
Mark: I think there was more to that fucken tournament then even you knew.
Raven: He fucken played us all.
Mark: He did.
Raven: Damn it. We need to find John and Quiet.
Jessica: And then what?
Raven: We bring them back here.

(Both Mark and Jessica look at her and nod their heads at her.)

Jessica: Like I said I found them.
Raven: Where?

(She brings up the street camera's and Mark knows it.)

Mark: I'll be right back.
Raven: Where you going?
Mark: John's house.

(He runs off to go back to John's house.)

Minutes later.

At John's house.

(Mark runs in and quickly runs up the stairs to one of the bedrooms. As he gets to one of the bedrooms he opens the door and walks in then he walks over to the bed and finds the journal there and picks it up to

open it up to find a couple of pages missing and then throws it onto the bed.)

Mark: Fuck.
Raven: Didn't anyone ever tell you breaking and entering was against the law.

(He turns and looks at her then laughs.)

Mark: John told me before he left that he had come up here.
Raven: And?
Mark: He found this and he said it had to maps in it.
Raven: Mark!
Mark: He said one of them was a map that took them up to their families cabin up in the mountains.
Raven: It's not in there?
Mark: No. And neither is the map that Chester said John told him that helped him walk through the sewers.
Raven: But John didn't escape through the sewers?
Mark: No. He escaped through the warehouse.

(Mark looks at her and then looks off.)

Mark: He saw Kelly?
Raven: He saw Kelly. He even took her out of the ambulance and placed her outside of it with her still attached to the machines.
Mark: Okay. I need to find away to go and find them.
Raven: We do have a number of cars in the parking garage.

(Mark looks at her and laughs.)

Mark: You mean where Downtown Raven worked?

(She looks at him and then looks off laughing.)

Raven: John told you I said that.
Mark: He did.
Raven: Fuck.
Mark: I doubt she would of been to mad at you. Since that's where you put her.
Raven: Okay point taken.
Mark: What's up?
Raven: I'm just trying to figure out why he had been trying so hard to get out.
Mark: He wanted to get back to his girlfriend.
Raven: Did he ever try and escape while he was downtown?

(Mark looks at her and then thinks about it.)

Mark: No he didn't. In fact escaping was the last thing he thought about.
Raven: So why was he trying so hard to escape when he came over to me?

(Mark looks at her as he walks off to go back downstairs.)

Raven: Mark!

Downstairs.

(Mark walks off towards his bookshelf and finds something on there and pulls them out.)

Mark: Raven!

(She walks down and walks over to him.)

Mark: You wanna know why he tried so hard to stay downtown.
Raven: Yeah.

(He hands her the pictures and she looks through them.)

Mark: She was gonna help him get his family back behind the wall.

(She continues to look through them then she puts them down as she looks at him.)

Raven: Shit.
Mark: She's the one who found out this house was John's.
Raven: He's from New San Francisco.
Mark: Only problem is.
Raven: He doesn't remember.
Mark: No.
Raven: We need to find her too.
Mark: How? It's been almost a year since she was forced out.
Raven: Yeah I know. Do you know where she would go?
Mark: No. I wish I did.
Raven: Yeah.

(Mark looks around the house and finds something else he grabs it and opens it to see what it is and laughs.)

Mark: John had been trying to find her.

(He hands her the papers as he moves the shelf out of the way and sees something there.)

Mark: Raven!

(She looks up and sees something.)

Raven: He was tracking her.
Mark: Yeah. If he wasn't.
Raven: Then someone here was.
Mark: Rave this is John's house. Who the hell else would have access to it.
Raven: The guards.

(Mark looks at her and then sees something on the wall and takes it off.)

Mark: Or your brother.

(He shows her the picture and she looks at it.)

Raven: Son of a bitch.

(Mark looks at her as he looks at the wall again and grabs the same map John had with him on there and grabs it off then he looks it over.)

Mark: Son of a bitch.
Raven: What?
Mark: Noah found John's uncle's cabin.
Raven: Where?
Mark: It's up in the mountains. And it says John's family cabin on it.
Raven: Go.
Mark: You sure. It'll take me at least a week to get up there.
Raven: Take Adam and Noah with you. Find them and get them back here.
Mark: Okay.

(He rushes off as he's about to get to the door Raven calls him and he turns to look at her.)

Raven: If you see her out there.
Mark: What?
Raven: Bring her back with you. She has a right to be here. With her sisters and nieces.
Mark: I will.

(Then he walks out of the house as Sidney and Maggie walk into the house and over to her.)

Maggie: What is all this?
Raven: My brother was trying to find your sister and bring her back here.
Sidney: Wow.
Raven: Take it all down and bring it to my office.
Maggie: Why?
Raven: We're gonna bring your sister back here weather Nicole likes it or not.

(They both nod their heads at her as they walk over to the wall take everything down and take it towards Raven's office.)

A week later.

Up in the Mountains.

(Mark Adam and Noah pull up to the cabin and Mark stops it putting it into park then shuts it off as they all look up at it they get out as Mark grabbed the keys and Adam let Noah out of the back of it. Then they

close their doors and Mark locks it up.)

Adam: Wow.
Mark: Yeah. Something like this not a single walker or Clicker could get up to it.
Noah: It's also Solar powered.

(He points up at the solar panels and they laugh. Then they walk up to the door and look around it. Mark seeing movement inside goes to knock but he sees someone there and then looks at them. As he kicks the

door in sending it flying open knowing that will just more an likely end up running. As the door goes flying open they all turn and look at him.)

John: Mark!
Mark: Hi ya John.

(They all look at him and stand up.)

John: What the hell are you doing here?
Mark: We came to get you.
John: For what? We lost. And so did Raven.

(Mark looks at him and laughs.)

Mark: You're right she did. She also said you were the one who fired a Bombarang blast at her.
John: I did.
Mark: How the hell did you get your hands onto one. No one outside of the communities can get their hands onto.

(Mark looks at him and laughs off the shock.)

Mark: So the rumors are true.
Quiet: What Rumors.

(Mark walks in with Adam and Noah right behind him and he closes the door as he walks over to them and shoves John into the table.)

Mark: It was you three who stole those weapons from Diesel city.
Quiet: Well we wouldn't really say we stole them.
Mark: Okay so what? You guys borrowed them?
Quiet: Yes.
Mark: Yeah see Bombarang blasts aren't meant for what you used them for.
John: And just what were they meant for?
Mark: To knock down walls of other communities.

(They all look at him and then look off.)

Mayhem: Wait. So.
Mark: Your idiot friends here just cost New San Francisco millions in high powered bombs. Those things aren't easy to fucken make John.

(He shoves him again.)

Quiet: Mark!
Mark: You nearly killed one of my best friends Doe. And for what? Some fucken wish to bring your sister back. And for you to knock down the fucken walls. Walls Quiet you wanted to be behind until Raven said no.

(Quiet and John look at him and can tell he's pissed off at them.)

Mark: How'd those wishes work out for you two? Your sister is sadly still dead. And the walls are still up.

(They both look at him.)

John: Mark!
Mark: It is taking fiber of my being not to lay your ass out John.

(He looks off.)

John: She fired at a kid.
Mark: No she fired at you. And you two moved so when she fired the blast went to Mayhem sending her into the pole.

(They both look at him.)

Quiet: She went back.
Mark: Actually we re-watched the footage from that night. The woman in the car that second car that night wasn't Raven. She was headed back to the auto shop.
John: What?

(Mark shoves the picture into his chest.)

Mark: And the driver wasn't aiming for you idiots.

(He takes the picture from him and looks at it and sees who it is.)

Mark: The Raven who invited you in risked her life to protect your stupid ass.
John: What?

(He looks at it and then looks at Quiet who walks over to him and looks at it and then looks at Mark Adam and Noah who she can tell are still very upset by this.)

Mark: She's not as heartless as you and the dolls made her out to be. She has a sisters and nieces back in New San Francisco who have no idea if she survived this. So if you two really wanna judge someone judge the fucker who made this fucken tournament to began with.
Mayhem: Why?
Mark: Because there wasn't just the two Road Kill's on that course that night or just the one car that Raven was driving.
John: What?
Adam: There was a third Road Kill on the course and there was a second car of the one Raven was driving.
Quiet: Oh my god.

(Then they hear something outside of the house and turn to look at it.)

John: What the hell was that?
Mark: I don't know.

(Quiet walks over to the safe and opens it then she hands one of the guns to John who takes and Mark hands one to Mayhem who smiles at him as they walk over to the door and John looks out of the window as

Noah and Adam have their own weapons at the ready and John gives the all clear and Quiet opens the door and someone falls in getting her to quickly back up and looks down at who it is.)

Quiet: Oh my god.
Mark: What?

(She points down and they all see who it is. Noah seeing her rushes over to her and quickly kneels down next to her.)

Noah: It's Raven.

Quiet: Oh my god.
Mark: What?

(She points down and they all see who it is. Noah seeing her rushes over to her and quickly kneels down next to her.)

Noah: It's Raven.

(Mark kneels down next to her and feels for a pulse.)

Mark: She's breathing.

(Mark grabs her and picks her up as John quickly closes the door and locks it up.)

Mark: You have shutters on this cabin?
John: Yeah.
Quiet: Why?
Mark: Close them. Whoever did this to her could still be out there and waiting to attack.

(They all quickly start closing the shutters on the cabin. Once their done John show Mark up to one of the other spare bedrooms.)

Up in the spare bedroom.

(Mark lies Raven down onto the bed and looks her over.)

Late that day.

Down in the dining room.

(Mark's sitting there thinking as someone comes over their walkie and Mark looks at it and then calls both John and Quiet they rush over to him and they walk towards the front of the house and look out of the

window. But when they don't see anyone Mark shuts it off and looks at them.)

John: Someone else knows we're here.
Mark: Fuck. We gotta move and now.
John: How? Mark she can't be moved.
Mark: We gotta go now John. We stay here we're all as good as dead.
Quiet: Maybe it's some guys from New San Francisco.
Mark: You really wanna take that chance. Besides Raven wouldn't of sent a group of guards after us. Not if she knew we were coming to find you.

(Then they hear someone coming down the stairs and turn to look at her.)

John: Raven!
Raven: I'm are right. I think.

(He looks at her and laughs as Mark walks over to his ex.)

Mark: You sure you're okay?
Raven: Yeah. What's going on?
Mark: Did you tell anyone you were coming here?
Raven: No why?

(Mark walks her towards the window and she looks out gun in hand.)

Raven: Fuck.
Mark: What?
Raven: I think there's something you all should know and it's something your sister doesn't even know Noah.

(Noah looks at her and then to Mark who helps her over to the couch and she sits down.)

John: What's going on?
Raven: Right after I had one of my guys hold a gun to you. I started looking into why the tournament was so important to the community.
Quiet: Wait the community?
Raven: Yeah. Me and Raven didn't even know why the community wanted in on the community. She had her reasons on why she wanted in and why she wanted a driver so badly.
Mark: So she called in Calypso?

(Raven looks at him and laughs off the annoyance of Calypso's name.)

Mark: Uh-oh.
Raven: John was a mark.
John: What?
Raven: You honestly think I asked you to go all the way to New Chicago out of the kindness of my heart at the time.
John: No.
Raven: Yeah well that's true. I had my own agenda but it wasn't what you might be thinking.
Quiet: What was it?

(Raven stands up in a lot of pain and looks around the cabin.)

Raven: I wanted to get Nicole out of New San Francisco.
John: Why?
Raven: She was doing far more damage to the community then the others knew.
Quiet: What kind of damage?
Raven: As it turns out she was doing dealings with a group outside of the walls and no it wasn't the dolls. If it had been them I wouldn't of had an issue with it.

(Both John and Quiet look at each other and then back at her.)

John: So who was the group she was doing dealings with?
Raven: That glue factory you and the dolls went after.
Quiet: She was making dealings with them?
Raven: She was. And trust me. When Raven found out she wasn't to happy and was also looking for ways to get her out.
John: Why not just kick her out?
Raven: Because she's Noah's wife.

(John looks at her and then to Noah who looks off.)

Quiet: Wait you two aren't married?
Noah: No. Although I keep telling myself I wish that she was.

(Raven laughs at him. As Mark looks at them and then to Adam and starts laughing.)

Adam: What?
Mark: Dude their having an affair.

(Both Raven and Noah look at him and then look off.)

John: Oh boy.
Raven: Why the hell are you so fucken smart?
Mark: Dude I dated you.

(She looks at him and laughs.)

Noah: Actually the affair didn't start right away.
Mark: What?
Noah: It started after she asked me to pretend to be her husband.

(Mark looks at him and then to John who looks just as surprised by this.)

John: Why pretend? Why didn't you just ask me as a single woman?
Raven: Would of you said yes?
John: If it meant getting of this nightmare at the time yes. I would of.
Noah: Shit.
Raven: I'm sorry.
John: It's fine. If you had just told me about the tournament before I would of said yes.

(Raven smiles at him as she looks at her ex and then Noah who smiles at her.)

Adam: Now that is out of the way.

(Mark looks at him and laughs.)

Mark: Right. We gotta get back to New San Francisco.
Quiet: Why?
Mark: You really wanna stay here with them out there?
Quiet: You guys didn't see the broadcast did you?
Mark: We heard it. And if you two honestly think we believe what he said. Then you're dumber then you make people believe.
Mayhem: So the other Raven doesn't hate them?
Mark: Why would you ask that?

(She looks at him and then to John and Quiet.)

John: What's the matter?
Mayhem: I mean she wasn't the nicest person there.
Mark: None of them were nice. All annoying.
Mayhem: Yeah but at least they talked to you without making you feel small. She acted like she was better then everyone.
Mark: So did they.

(Both John and Quiet look at him.)

Quiet: We did not.
Mark: I know. I just wanted to get your reaction.
Quiet: Asshole.
Mark: I've heard worse.
John: You mean from Downtown Raven.

(Raven looks at him and then Mark who looks off trying to keep from laughing.)

Raven: Really?
John: Those were his sister's words not mine.
Noah: No you just repeated them.
Mark: Anyway. Only reason she said it was because this one said he liked you better then the Raven he was dealing with before the tournament.
Raven: Ugh Uptown Raven. What a bitch.

(Mark looks at her and then looks off as the others start laughing.)

Mark: Oh my god.
Raven: What?
Mark: You're as bad as your sisters.
Mayhem: She has sisters?
Mark: She does actually.
Mayhem: They as hot as her?

(Mark looks at her along with John and Quiet.)

Mark: Seriously where'd you two find her?
Quiet: With his sister's group.

(Mark looks at him and nods his head.)

Mark: Okay. Come on.

(Mark walks over to the door and walks out gun drawn and looks down to see a car and woman they know all to well there and becomes annoyed. Then he rushes off back inside of the house and closes then locks it

up.)

Mark: Okay we've got a problem.
John: What?
Mark: Noah!
Noah: What?
Mark: Nicole's here and she's got about twenty men with her.

(They all look at him and then look off.)

Mark: There a backdoor?
John: I think so.

(Mark and Adam walk off to go and look around the back as they get there Mark sees the door and opens then looks out of it and walks out to look around the cabin and sees Sweet tooths ice cream truck.)

Adam: Think we can get them out of here without Nicole spotting them?
Mark: We can get them out of here. But I can't reach my car without her seeing us.
Adam: How the hell did she even know we were coming up here to look for them?
Mark: That's a very good question. Come on.

(They both walk in and closes the door then lock it back up.)

Adam: What we do?
Mark: I wish I knew.

(They both walk into the dining room.)

Mark: Are right. I think we might have away to get you four out of here before she breaks down that door.
John: How?
Mark: Does the ice cream truck still have gas in it?
Quiet: It should. We haven't driven it since we got here.
Mark: Okay. Grab what you guys can let's go.
John: What about Raven?
Mark: She's gonna ride with you guys. And when we get far enough away from the cabin we'll meet up and she switch cars.
Raven: Okay.
Adam: Then what?
Mark: We find out how the hell she knew we came looking for them.

(He nods his head at him.)

Outside of the cabin.

(Nicole's standing there waiting for anyone to come out but when no one has she has men go to look around the house right Mark and Adam are walking out and they stop them and runs up to them and gets them

both in the neck and quickly moves them out of sight and lies them there.)

Mark: Sorry John.
John: It's fine.
Mayhem: Guys come on.

(Mark runs over to the truck and opens it as both John and Quiet rush on and help Raven onto it and help her into the back and she carefully sits down.)

Mark: Noah ride with them.
Noah: What?
Mark: I can tell you want too. Now go.

(He rushes on to the truck and Mayhem starts it up as Mark closes the door and taps on the window and tells her to go out the back entrance and she nods her head at him as they both back up and rush off

towards the cabin and inside to lock everything back up and out towards the front door. As they get there Mark unlocks it and opens it as they open the door he grabs what they need and quickly rushes out of the

house after locking it back up and puts his weapon back into his holster behind him and puts his jacket over it then puts the walkie back his pocket and walks down towards them and sets off the panic alarm on his

car and the guards quickly back away from it and Nicole looks at them.)

Mark: Keep your brainwashed little bitches away from my car. It's a classic and my pride and joy.

(Both him and Adam shove passed them and start looking around the car and Mark pops his trunk and looks inside of it and grabs out a tracker and shows it to her she looks off annoyed as he closes the trunk and

walks to the tire of his car pulling out one more and looks at her as Adam finds one more under his hood finding all three of her trackers Mark places them all under his wheels and then get into the car as they get

in and close the doors Mark starts it up and puts in reverse and quickly backs it up breaking the trackers and then quickly spins the car around and quickly speeds off after putting the car into drive and head off to

go and meet up the others.)

Nicole: Fuck.

A few hours later out on the road.

(Mark and Adam are pulled over and are waiting for John and the others. While their waiting he looks back every now and then but still doesn't see her anywhere.)

Adam: Any chance she's still waiting for Doe and his girlfriend?
Mark: Most likely which means she won't be looking for about a day or two.
Adam: And by then?
Mark: We should be more an likely.

(Mark stops talking when he realizes something. And quickly looks around the car finds a listening device. And he grabs it up then he looks at it.)

Mark: She doesn't learn.
Adam: Shit.

(He gets out of the car and throws it out into the middle of a field and then sees Sweet Tooth's ice cream truck pulling up and he walks over to them and it stops right behind his car. He walks over to the other side

of it as Quiet opens the door and gets out followed by John and Noah.)

Mark: You guys okay?
John: Yeah. What were you doing just now?
Mark: Fucken Nicole put a listening device into my car.
John: It gone?
Mark: It is. And she had put about three trackers onto it as well.

(They all look off annoyed.)

Quiet: Shit. She's not gonna make it easy is she?
Mark: Knowing Nicole no. She won't make it easy. How is she doing?
Noah: She's doing okay so far.
Mark: Okay.

(He walks onto it and looks her over.)

Mark: You are right?
Raven: Yeah.
Mark: Okay we'll travel as far as we can. But once it gets dark we're gonna have to find a motel or something and settle in for the night. And try to get an early start in the morning.
John: Okay.
Noah: I never told Nicole this but.
Mark: What?
Noah: Mine and Raven's family even has a cabin up in this area.

(They all look at him.)

John: How far?
Noah: Another acouple of hours that way.

(Mark looks at him and then to Raven who he can tell is having trouble.)

Mark: Okay. We can't use the walkies or she'll be able to track us.
Noah: We can lead.
Mark: Okay.
Quiet: May let Noah drive.

(She nods her head at her as she gets out of the driver seat and Noah rushes over to the driver seat and gets ready to drive off.)

Mark: You gonna be okay?
Raven: Yeah.
Mark: Okay. We'll be back in New San Fran soon okay.
Raven: Okay.

(Mark leans over and kisses his ex's forehead then gets up and rushes out of the truck and closes the door as he rushes back to his car and gets in as Noah starts it up and puts it into drive and they drive off

towards his families cabin.)

In Mark's car.

(Their following behind Noah.)

Adam: Mark!
Mark: I know she's not doing so well.
Adam: I'm worried man.
Mark: I know. I just hope we can make it back to New San Fran before Nicole can find us.
Adam: And if she finds us before we get there?
Mark: I don't know.
Adam: Damn it.
Mark: She's gonna be okay.
Adam: I sure as hell hope so. I'm not telling Maggie Sidney and Amanda that their sister died out here because of Nicole.
Mark: I hear ya.

A few days later.

Just outside of New San Francisco.

(Mark grabs up the radio and calls into them and they quickly get their new ambulance ready to head to meet up with them.)

Adam: Mark!

(He looks at him and then sees behind him.)

Mark: That's not good.

(He stops the car puts it into the park then he gets out as the truck stops and John opens the door.)

Mayhem: She's coughing up blood.

(Mark rushes in and rushes over to his ex.)

Mark: Rave.

(She looks at him and he sees the blood around her mouth and wipes it off as Adam rushes over to them and inside of it.)

Adam: New San Fran is on the way.
Mark: Okay. How far out are they?
Adam: Ten minutes.
Mark: Okay. How long has she been doing this?
Quiet: She just started.
Mark: Are right. Fuck. Can that door open?

(John walks over to it and tries to open it.)

John: No.
Mark: Fuck.

(He rushes out of it and looks at the door and sees why.)

Mark: Fuck.
Adam: What?
Mark: Sweet tooth welled it shut.
Adam: So Olivia's not gonna have easy access to her.
Mark: No. Which means we're gonna have to get that seat out.
Adam: You got the tools for that?
Mark: Yeah. Come on.

(They rush over to his car and he opens the trunk and grabs out his tool box and starts working on getting the seat out of it. As Mark and Adam are working on getting the seat out of the truck Mayhem sees

something and gets their attention.)

Mayhem: I think we might been closer to New San Fran then you thought.
Mark: Why?
Mayhem: Because I think that's them.

(Mark turns and looks at the fast moving cars. He rushes over to his car and grabs up the radio and calls to one of the cars and they answer him getting him to put his down in relief.)

Mark: It's them.

(Then the cars all quickly stop and Mark rushes over to the ambulance and opens the backdoor and looks at Olivia.)

Mark: Liv she's coughing up blood.

(She grabs her things and rushes out of the back and towards the truck as Adam throws the second out of it and she rushes on and over to her then she starts working on her as Mark and Trevor rush over with the

gurney and watch as she works on her. Then Mark spots a car quickly pulling up and walks over to it and he sees who it is and smiles at her.)

Mark: Hey.
Eiko: Hey. How is she?
Mark: Not good. She's just started coughing up blood.

(She rushes over to the truck and helps Olivia out with her.)

Carla: She's gonna be okay Mark.
Mark: I know that. I still worry.

(She smiles at him as Mark sees the guards from the community walking up to them.)

Mark: I got it.

(They nod their heads at him as he walks them over to John and Quiet.)

Mark: Guys.

(They look at him and see the guards there.)

Doug: Raven needs to see you three.
Quiet: Okay. Mark!
Mark: I'll keep you guys updated.

(They nod their heads at him as they walk off with them towards their SUV's to get them back to the community.)

Eiko: Mark we need the back board.

(He grabs the back board and rushes onto the truck and helps them with Raven once she's on there they tie her down to it and carefully get her out of the truck onto the gurney to rush her back to New San

Francisco.)

A couple of hours later.

Over at the warehouse.

In Raven's office.

(She's in there talking with John and Quiet as the door to her office opens and Mark walks inside trying to hide the hurt he's feeling and closes the door getting her to look up at him and she can see the look on his

face.)

Raven: Mark!

(He looks at her and shakes his head at her. She walks over to him and she quickly hugs him getting him to finally lose it John and Quiet hearing him losing it look at them and know it's not good.)

John: Shit.

(Then Raven pulls away from him and he sits there.)

Quiet: Mark!

(He looks at them.)

Mark: She's still hanging on. But.
John: What?
Mark: Whoever beat the hell out of her did a lot worse job with her then they did with you.

(Raven looks at him and then looks off.)

Quiet: Meaning?
Mark: Meaning if Olivia and Eiko can't stop the bleeding.
Quiet: What?
Mark: She won't make it. And I really don't want to lose one of my best friends so soon after finding and bringing her back here.

(They all look at him as the walkie on Mark's hip goes off and he can hear emotions in Sidney's voice and can tell it's not good. He grabs it and looks at his friends.)

Mark: Sid!
Sidney: She's gone.

(Mark looks at Raven John and Quiet who look at each other not sure of what to say to him.)

Mark: When?
Sidney: Just now. I'm sorry Mark I know you fought to get her back here but.
Mark: What?
Sidney: Olivia said there was just to much damage done to her.
Mark: Fuck.
Sidney: I know you guys did everything you could to get her back here but.
Mark: No I get it.
Sidney: I'm sorry.
Mark: So am I.

(She smiles on the other end and she puts the walkie down as Mark puts his down and walks out of the office.)

Raven: Mark!

(He continues out as she turns and looks at John and Quiet who don't even know what to say to her.)

Raven: Mark!

(He continues out as she turns and looks at John and Quiet who don't even know what to say to her.)

Mayhem: She risked her life to save mine.

(They all look at her.)

Raven: What?
Mayhem: Mark showed us a picture of the car that we thought was yours and it was how did you say it. Downtown Raven.

(Raven looks at her and then looks off.)

Mayhem: She risked her life to try and save me. And they blamed you for trying to take me out.

(John and Quiet look at her and then to Raven.)

Mayhem: She had sisters and nieces and because of that bitches jealousy of your brothers feelings for her she's gone for good.

(They all look at her and then look off.)

Raven: I'm not perfect. I never claimed to be. And New San Francisco is far from perfect. I get it now Quiet.

(Quiet looks at her.)

Raven: If I had my way. The walls would of been down along time ago.

(They all look at her and can see the regret in her face for the hell that Raven's family is gonna be going through.)

John: Why the hell did you fight us so much on the walls being knocked down?
Raven: You don't think I don't think your girlfriend at one point wanted to be behind these walls only to change her tone once she was told she couldn't come in.

(Quiet looks at her and then looks off.)

Raven: I didn't make the rules and neither did Raven.

(They all look at her in complete shock.)

John: Well then who the hell did?
Noah: My ex wife did.

(They turn and look to see Noah in the office along with Mark and Adam.)

Quiet: And you couldn't change the rules?
Raven: No. They'd been in place so long we didn't want people to think we wanted all of the bad outsiders in. And No I don't mean the dolls. Your sister was one hell of a competitor.
John: She died on the first day.
Raven: And you wished her to come back from the dead did you not?

(John looks at her and nods his head at her.)

Raven: You did something that not everyone would of done.
John: I know. I fucked with Calypso's tournament.
Raven: Yeah. A tournament he didn't want anyone to win.
Quiet: We kind of figured that out when he unleashed Minon on us.

(Raven looks at her confused.)

Raven: Minon!
John: He was the twist at the end of the tournament.
Mayhem: He killed Sweet Tooth.

(Raven looks at her and then to Mark who laughs off the shock.)

Mark: Seems like Calypso was doing his own cheating in the tournament.
Raven: It was his tournament. He could do whatever it was he wanted.
Mark: Very true.
John: Raven that's not the only thing he did.
Raven: What the hell else did he do?
Quiet: He's framing us for what happened at the tournament.

(Raven looks at them.)

Raven: What happened?
Mayhem: He had a bomb set up on the outside of the bleachers.

(She looks off annoyed.)

Adam: What makes you think it was him?
John: Given how I fucked with his tournament when I made another wish.
Mark: You tried to take it back.
John: I did.
Noah: And he let you?
Quiet: Yes.

(Mark looks at her and then to Raven.)

Raven: How?
John: The well.

(Mark looks at him.)

Mark: The well?
Quiet: Yes.

(Quiet looks at them and it hits her.)

Quiet: Fuck John.
John: What?
Quiet: The well.

(He looks at and remembers what Sweet Tooth said.)

John: Oh god.
Mayhem: What?
Quiet: Sweet Tooth pissed in it.
Mark: What?
John: And Calypso told us to drink out of it.

(Raven looks at them and then to Mark Noah and Adam their all trying to keep from laughing.)

Raven: Oh my god.

(They both look off.)

Mark: Piss breath the best type of tooth paste.

(They start laughing then calm down.)

John: Not cool dude.
Mark: Anyway.

(They start laughing again then calm down.)

Raven: Anyway.

(She looks at Mark who has the sudden upset look on his face and walks over to him. He looks at her and smiles a smile that doesn't really reach his eyes.)

Raven: Hey.
Mark: Hey.
Raven: You okay?
Mark: I've been better.

(She hugs him and he buries his face into her neck as she looks at her brother. Who looks off not sure of what to say or do. Then she pulls away from him.)

Raven: Why don't you come by my place tonight and we can talk.
Mark: Okay.

(She smiles at him as he smiles back at her.)

Mark: I'm gonna go and see Raven before they take her body.
Raven: Okay. And I'm sorry.
Mark: Thank you.
Raven: You're welcome.

(He turns and walks off. To go and see Raven before they take her body off to the morgue.)

John: He's not okay.

(They all look at him and then back at the door where Mark just walked through.)

Quiet: It'll be a long time before he is.
Raven: So we get revenge for Raven. Unless you two are too good for that.
Mayhem: After she risked her life to save mine. I'm not. And you two shouldn't be putting someone who risked their life to save my life down.

(They both look at her and then look off.)

John: I.
Mayhem: NO. The Raven you have been putting down risked everything to save my life. 

(John looks off as Mayhem gets up and walks off as Raven looks at them.)

A couple of months later.

In Mark's apartment.

In the livingroom.

(He's lying down on the couch thinking about the woman they had just lost two days ago and is having a hard time dealing with it. Knowing he just lost another friend and doesn't even know who to blame for this. Well he does. But she's not here to blame.)

Over in the warehouse parking garage.

In front of Raven's car.

(Mayhem is standing there looking at it and seeing just how much damage the Bomarang blast did to the car while she's staring at it. She walks over to it and looks it over.)

Over in Raven's office.

(Someone walks into her office and tells her someone's in the parking garage. She gets up and walks off towards the door leading to it.)

Raven: Shit. It's open.
Gemma: Who would go in there?

(Raven looks at her and thinks about it.)

Raven: I know who it is.

(She walks in to go and talk to her.)

Over by Raven's car.

(Mayhem is still standing there looking at it not really paying much attention to whose coming towards her.)

Raven: Mayhem!

(She looks over at her and backs away from the car.)

Mayhem: I'm sorry.
Raven: Why?
Mayhem: I know. No one is supposed to be here.
Raven: It's okay. Not like I have anything down here worth keeping a secret.

(Mayhem looks at her and laughs.)

Raven: Why are you down here?
Mayhem: I wanted to see your car up close and seeing how close your brothers and Mark came to losing you.

(Raven nods her head at her as she walks closer to her.)

Raven: I know.
Mayhem: You could of killed me that night.
Raven: I could of.
Mayhem: Why didn't you?
Raven: I might be a bitch. But I'm not heartless.

(She laughs at her.)

Mayhem: John and Quiet told me that.
Raven: What?
Mayhem: There's nothing good that comes out of living behind the walls.
Raven: Only John would say that. But he's right.
Mayhem: About what?
Raven: There really is nothing good that comes from living behind the walls.

(Mayhem laughs at her again then calms down.)

Raven: We only offer you a place to sleep live and eat. Yeah us insiders are all assholes.
Mayhem: No. Just you.

(Raven looks at her and pretends to be hurt by what Mayhem said who laughs at her.)

Raven: Now that hurts.

(They continue to laugh then calm down.)

Mayhem: Anyway.
Raven: Okay. What's bothering you?
Mayhem: With everything that happened during the tournament.
Raven: Okay.
Mayhem: I'm just surprised that you even let us in. Well me and Quiet. Kind of surprised you let John back in.

(They start laughing again.)

Raven: Honestly. So am I.

(Mayhem smiles at her.)

Mayhem: I also maybe a little on edge due to Calypso still being out there and.
Raven: All I can say is that as long as you guys stay here. He shouldn't be much of a problem.
Mayhem: I know that. But I've been hearing what John and Quiet have been talking about.
Raven: About what?
Mayhem: All kinds of things. Raven being one of them.
Raven: You guys are worried about Mark?
Mayhem: Yes.

(She smiles at her.)

Raven: She was the love of Mark's life. And knowing and seeing how we all lost her.
Mayhem: Mark's just trying to.
Raven: He's still trying to wrap his head around it. Even if it has been two months since she was killed.
Mayhem: I know that. We're just worried about him.
Raven: I know so and I.
Mayhem: Okay. Well I'm gonna go now.
Raven: Okay.

(Mayhem smiles at her as she walks off. But before she leaves she turns and looks at her.)

Mayhem: Raven!

(She turns and looks at her.)

Raven: Yeah.
Mayhem: Thank you.
Raven: For what?
Mayhem: For letting us back in. Even when you didn't have to.
Raven: You're welcome.

(She turns and goes to walk off until she spots something on the other side of the warehouse and walks over to it. As she gets to it she pulls the tarp off of the car and sees what it is she backs into someone who had walked up to her and she turns to see who it is.)

Mayhem: Is that?

(She looks at the car and tries not to lose it.)

Raven: It's the purple machine.
