Written for Small Fandom Drabblethon 2026.
Leo and Rob are not so different, but Rob never picked Elle a flower.

Work Text:

"The last time I saw Rob was in 2009, before I left." Elle admits, holding the last rose from the bush Rob was obsessed with in her hands. Leo had, with the utmost confidence climbed the barricade, walked past the demolition crew and picked it for her. Because she told him it was special. "He told me that no matter where I went, I would always be a vindictive little girl in love with her father."

"I would never talk to my sister like that." Leo tries to assure her. What he doesn't do is tell her Rob was wrong.
