I couldn't help but imagine Guzma doing his usual swagtastic intro to Bulu before battle. Bulu, however, doesn't care at all. This ticks Guzma off and he throws such a temper tantrum that most of the injuries inflicted on Bulu were from him. He only sent out Golisopod 3/4ths of the way of the fight. Thus explaining how a lvl 31 at most Pokemon can last against a level 60 legendary. XD Are you gonna put in someone or multiple people cuddling Guzma? His indignity would be so adorable. Maybe have Acerola want to play with him? I can see that going various different ways.
