Can I kudos this 100 times? Because this is the best thing that's happened to me all week. Seriously, this is phenomenal and lovely and nostalgic and kind of my everything. I love all of your works for all fandoms, but Kel has a place in my heart that no other story can reach, and this story perfectly explores her experiences and her character and Tortall's society. It made me cry a bit in a good way. It didn't treat anything with kiddie gloves, but was a realistic 'happy ending', and I'm so grateful for that. Just. Ugh. I have a lot of feelings about this and they're all good ones.
