    Agreed.
    Tony,Rhodes,Vision and Spidey were also perfectly fine for two years between CW and IW,so I think Tony might've amended the accords in middle.
    My entire issue with Steve is that he doesn't tell anyone from Team Stark about the Bucky situation when they're all together during Bucky's 'interrogation'.Granted that Tony and team stark make mistakes,but most of this drama would've been avoided had steve been open to Tony in the first place.
