Really funny line. I'm pretty sure that ridiculously dramatic flashback already exists somewhere in naruto. I like the unusual vibe from a self insert (adjacent) character that isn't a naruto fan, most of these stories the oc comes with a lot of knowledge of the plot. So katsuo has the keen sight to have to work shit put himself. Fun fic!
