You are on a roll recently and I appreciate it so much. I love all your writing in general, and this fic is amazing as always. Grief and recovery and using your fear to protect yourself. Taking things slow, but still being in love. The love of a father, being able to be passed onto Gerry like a warm blanket. All of these things stir such emotion within me. I felt so happy and full of the love shared between the two. I love that for all the grief your characters can go through, they find salvation in each other, and can live with hope and joy by the end. I'm not sure how much this comment made sense, I don't comment very often, but I feel like I had to to thank you for all the wonderful content you've been putting out lately.
