I'm so glad to see this here, having seen parts float by on tumblr (to which I'm often like, how do I leave a comment?!?! Tumblr is so confusing, anyways).
This is a really fascinating idea that I don't think I've seen a take on: what effects does possession of Hikaru by Sai leave?
Hikaru working through things, trying to make a plan but being distracted by go all the time sounds just about right.
You've also a really deft hand with the rest of the ensemble cast of Hikaru no Go, too. They're as vivid and colorful as ever.
Glad to see you here on ao3, then! I think I've got some relatively unique takes on things in this fanfiction - some you've seen, and some you haven't. I don't believe I've found any fanfiction exploring what the effects of a two-year possession might be on a person, so it feels nice and fresh to write about. Thanks for your comments, it's nice to hear I'm doing the characters alright. Akari is easiest after Hikaru, but the others are somewhat difficult.
