      Technically no. The core is very much evil, Marcy on the other hand is more in a kind of limbo. Marcy isn’t aware of the fact the Core is inside of her. So in a sense she very much is still Marcy and good. She hasn’t technically joined the core.

      Although the Core can ‘influence’ her actions. To the point she doesn’t even know it’s happening. Thoughts that enter her mind with no known source making her think it’s her own. Or the Core can remove some of her ability to feel empathy. She’s not evil, just manipulated in a non-direct way. This will become more clear when I do a Marcy POV chapter. The chaos is her mind will be fun to read.
