Azula is a patriot, she truly thought she was doing the right thing for the Fire Nation. I feel that she is going to negotiate better, the Fire Nation a hundred years later is still paying compensation for the war to other nations, Azula is not going to let the other nations drag them down the ground, they were winning the war, surely she can negotiate a more favorable peace for all.
