This is delightful in so many ways, and an intriguing jumping off point for a potential AU. This could certainly shake up some canon events! Kylara might actually develop enough empathy and responsibility to not cause the tragedy of the two queens. But if she did lose Prideth, having a fire lizard might keep her from falling into catatonia.
