Comment on Torque Wrench

  1. Spooky! Though it does leave me with a few questions, such as: How did all those settlers turn into feral ghouls? Why didn't the settlement leader hire the big, bad bounty hunter to take care of the feral ghoul problem instead of sending one little vaultie down there with a toolbox? And lastly, why wasn't the settlement leader at least a *bit* afraid of what the big, bad bounty hunter would do to him once he found out about the cellar full of feral ghouls?

Yes, I do overthink things, thank you.

    1. Nono so I do have this figured out haha but these ficlets are my like, hard limit to not turn it into a 4k minimum thing haha

The ghouls are ex-family members, who at the end of their lives, kinda children of the atom style, expose themselves to radiation. Them getting into the generators was a Nono, but the settlement leader was hoping she’d get it fixed before dying in almost offering to the ghouls. Then, when she didn’t surface, Coop would go looking and also die in offering to the ghouls.

If they didn’t fix the generators, then the settlement would have to figure out a temporary solution, but I feel like so often when I play fallout I’m like ‘did you not think this through?????’ To the NPCs lol

      1. Ooh, good explanations! I hope you write a sequel of Cooper taking care of the settlement leader.
