    Yeah, I wanted him to have a bit more character development. Now working with the HPSC for as long as she has, he knows their methods and doesn't really trust them to handle delicate situations or ones like Momo's. Plus, he had time to ponder over it and Momo was a friend of his/at least someone he respected when in U.A. and he feels like if he tells the Commission, it'll be a form of betrayal to her.

      I really don't think it's in-character for him to take Momo seriously, but fair enough.

        My one main weakness, sadly.

        I always struggle to keep people in character cuz I have my own HC for them n stuff.
