   I'm so glad Crispus has evolved the way he has because he's honestly my second favourite, right behind Flavia. This is a horrific and ugly scene, but it's not new-- just because Flavia didn't know it was happening...
   I love it. Also love that laurentino got vomited on because he deserved it. Fabulous writing as always!

      I was rereading the original story to start updating it since SROTR, and his characterization is just so different in those first few chapters hat it was throwing me off. I completely agree. Now that Fulvia is less problematic girlboss, she's a little bit harder to write but the dynamic of Crispus/Plutarch/Fulvia has been fun.
