Comment on Would you still love me if I were a ball of anxiety?

  1. I myself have been to Pride before as an autistic person and I can confirm, even prepared with sun glasses, headphones, favourite coat, backpack and all what might personally help one cope with overstimulation, it still will edge hard on ones limits. Surprisingly however being an participent in the actual Parade itself and walking along with a local group was easier than watching the Parade from the side. (It wasn´t as crowded and one could keep way more space to others, many people also were very considerate when I told them, one also could walk with a group in a section that didn´t play own music and walk alongside this less loud bubble in the Parade. Should you ever want to join one at some point I would suggest that. :) )

Being out while still not actually being out is such a tough spot to be in. Only claiming those identities for oneself that one feels are more socially acceptable can relly tear one apart. I feel with Cas here. I am glad he had someone who understood.

...and cat-shaped waffles sould amazing by the way.

Thank you for sharing this adorable piece of representation!

    1. it's unlikely I'll ever try to join a Pride event when they seem so overwhelming and honestly kinda awful just from videos but I'll keep that in mind. honestly more the type to hide in the distance though tbh, like Dean and Cas camping out on a hill a good distance away to just watch on their own

(and cat-shaped waffles are totally peak I want them gjkkjfd)
