Summary
Izuku was born quirkless. While this wasn't too uncommon for his generation, more and more people were becoming biased towards the people who lacked quirks.
Well... Except Izuku. Due to his insane IQ, his mother and father being some of the wealthiest people in the world, and his natural charm and skill, Izuku is one of the most popular people in his hometown of Musutafu. One day Izuku meets the up and coming hero All Might and has a fire to help people ignited in his soul.
So with his friend Bakugou and his many lover he will meet, Izuku makes his way to the top of the heroic world, quirk or no quirk.
