Akira can't even be annoyed.
They're in the face of the worst possible outcome of their time in Igra. Locked up in a dark room with no clue of who did it or why it was done. One duct taped and bound with rope, it can't mean anything good really.

So what that he's not really dead, his body isn't moving and he's collapsing with an intrusion in his throat. It's close enough to death that it leaves Clive with that same chilling sensation rolling down his spine.

He’s nothing short of overjoyed when he reads through the letter Steve had sent back. It’s like a shining beacon of hope in the dreary reality that is being at war. A harrowing place to exist, but at least he has the confirmation that someone at home loves him, and that Sarah wants him safe too.
That thought makes everything at least a little bit more bearable.

Sharing a bed is easy until it’s Clint.
It’s easy until it’s one of the few that have him driven up the wall and shackled with a want. The sort of want that’d be easier to express if he could pair it with a confession of love. The sort of want that boils down to nothing but carnality, raw, red, running hot like lava.
So, effectively speaking, sharing a bed is easy until it’s Bucky Barnes (aromantic, not asexual) and Clint Barton (bisexual, oblivious).
It’s easy until he’s turned with his back pressed to Clint’s and trying to knock himself out through sheer force of will. It’s easy until Clint is awake and he can tell but neither of them will say a single word. It’s easy until the tension keeps mounting by the minute without any end in sight.
