Summary
Even though it only happened in one year, checking the Midnight Channel every time it rained was an old habit neither Yu nor Yosuke could break. Usually, one of them was home anyway, so they could check, but rainy days were the few times Yosuke would try his hardest not to be out late. Sometimes, he straight up couldn't help it, and he would come back to the apartment being completely dark.
It wasn't a good thing to see Yu staring at a blank tv screen well past midnight.

Taking a moment to reflect, maybe there was some merit to penning out his frustrations and putting it to song. Sure, he wasn't used to being the one writing music, but he could give it a shot this time.
Besides, wouldn't that make him and Yosuke all the more equal?
