Here he dies.
Yet he still manages to become a hero.
And a villain.
And a vigilant.
Or a citizen?
Anyway, it's hard to put a label on an apathetic entity that tends to interfere with the death of some person right?
Or: Izuku becomes Deku and Deku just wants to find something or someone interesting.
