LilyBloom Theater is a wonderful whimsical theater for the outside eye. For the toons however, it’s a twisted wonderland. Especially for Starry; the moon toon with long black hair that glittered at night, moon pale skin, and black eyes filled with stars. The moon hated the theater, dreaming of the freedom of the outside world. And when the opportunity comes along, she snags it. With that, the young moon is thrown into the world she always wanted to know. What lays beyond the suffocating safety of the LilyBloom Theater? Starry is about to find out.

Summary
Everytime during the spring, on 1 random month Dandy occasionally doesn't show up for runs. It was okay at first, but the other toons couldn’t buy anything until he came back. Causing everyone to die quicker, and not last as long. The reason for this is because when Dandy was designed. He was based on real flowers, causing him to go into a sort of pollen induced heat, and he needs to be satisfied. Usually when he is in “heat”, he hides from the other toons so that he can satisfy himself.
But on this particular day one special moon just had to bother him.

Here, you can meet the popular Main Characters: the crotchety Astro, the adorable pet rock Pebble, the lively and fun-loving Sprout, the curious and semi-supercilious Shelly, and the star of the show, Dandy! If none of those Toons suit your fancy, our large cast of Side Characters will give every family an experience they won’t soon forget!Despite the total human abandonment of the Gardenview Center, the Toons inside have managed to create a system where they can survive without their beloved human staff. Every so often, a group of eight Toons travel to the deeper depths of the building and fill strange machines with ichor—the liquid that each Toon relies on to exist—while avoiding their monstrous counterparts. The “extraction runs” are dangerous, but they are a necessity.
As time goes on, and friendships begin to ruin and reform, clues start to fall into place about the secrets every Toon holds. -

"By this point, Dandy didn’t even realize that he had pushed the blade deep enough to reach the other end of his wrist. He stared in shock at what he did. He let out a screech, but he knew nobody would come to help him. He was helpless. He stared at the blade– the tip of it peeking out from the other end of his wrist.
Ichor poured out dangerously fast. It was everywhere. In the water, on the tiles, on his lap, everywhere. Dandy felt his head getting lighter. He was losing the Ichor in his body. He felt the Ichor surround him. The Ichor from his skin becomes a tide, rising up around him like water, threatening to pull him under.
Everything was a blur. He blacked out, the last thing he heard was–”

Dandy had changed into his Twisted form too many times, and now he’s stuck. Meaning that Astro is now in charge- something he’d rather lick a cheese grater than do, but the toons need him.
Even though the ichor operation is done, there’s still some Twisteds- violent, bloodthirsty ones- who need to be fixed. With Dandy being right at the front of them.
Now, Astro must balance his new role as a leader, trying to restore toons twisted beyond repair, and trying to fix Dandy- even if other toons don’t really want him back.
