Actors Hwang Hyunjin and Han Jisung get cast as the lead roles for a movie called “As Long As You’re Mine.” The plot is simple. A Hospital Romance story. Kim Eunwoo, Hyunjin's character, is diagnosed with a terminal illness early in his life, and the hospital is one of the only things he has ever known. When he gets bumped into by Park Taeyang, Jisung’s character, who's visiting his ill mother in the same hospital. They’re star-crossed lovers at first sight.
However, Hyunjin has always been a sucker for love, not being very successful in it himself, so he's hesitant to audition for the role of Eunwoo at first, but with the convincing of his friends, he finally decides to give it a go. Unfortunately for Hyunjin, his leading co-star is hot, and even more unfortunate for Hyunjin, Taken.
Enter Han Jisung, cool, collected, sarcastic towards anyone that isn’t his boyfriend, Lee Minjae. Jisung does NOT in any way want to audition for this movie. He claims it's ‘lame’ and not his ‘style,’ but with extra pushing from his (annoying) friends, and gentle coaxing from Minjae, Jisung gives in. Little does he know what he’s in for when he sees who's playing his love interest.
