Sasuke deserves nothing after the deception he’d pulled, nothing except for the derision of every single person in the Five Elemental Nations—
But she loved him, once, and all Sakura can do is thrust the scrolls against his chest and tell him to leave.

It shouldn't have happened, that much was certain. It was meant to be a drunken mistake, two fated rivals falling into a scuffle gone awry, and it should've ended at that. They had loving girlfriends-turned-fiancees-turned-wives, reputations the Elemental Countries quailed before and all the (infamy) fame they could ever want.
(But love is hardly logical, cannot be erased through will alone—and somewhere down the line, it becomes just that)

Despite being married to their wives, Naruto and Sasuke can't seem to let go of each other and continue to see each other in secret and in plain view. Even after having children. Eventually they are found out and their reputation is in shambles along with their families left behind when their wives find out. Featuring the aftermath of the ones left behind and moving forward, not realizing what was in front of them the whole time.

Oh, and possibly break out of whatever undesirable mood's upon me when I don't feel much like writing. Or just indulge in a good song.
