When his mom popped by for a ‘surprise’ visit and kidnapping? He didn’t even put up a token of protest. He’d take a 50-50 chance of good-bad surprise over the Center any day.
Apparently, today was a Good Surprise day.
Once in the city, his dad had been brought on to consult a current case and was being generous enough to share the details with Conan.
An oversight on his part. Conan would definitely solve this case right out from under Yuusaku’s nose.
