Fine people didn’t ever think about the patients that they had failed to save over the years. Fine people didn’t spend their time comparing themselves to their friends and significant others obsessively. Fine people didn't think about little they ever contributed. Fine people definitely didn’t have reoccuring nightmares that made them wake up with tears on their cheeks already.
