Maybe their ending could change now. Assimilation knows of the notes and how supposedly this wasn’t their first time. But maybe it wasn’t meant to go like this. To have his heart beat so roughly in his chest while he carried Andre, the poor speedrunner’s face being half blown off. He wasn’t sure he would be able to fix the poor AI, fix his chest, the diamond armor being no match for the admin as it had been pierced right through. He somehow lived, somehow in the sense that he was lucky enough to not be brutally torn apart by the admins supposed guns. Now all he could was carry poor Andre as he treaded through, they were going to collect him, but he swooped in at the last second and took Andre into his arms. They were still in the overworld, still had the admins chasing them, and still weren’t free yet.
