'You saw Dionysus?' Henry let a thick billow of smoke curl past his lips lazily.
'We did a whole lot more than see him.'
'What,' Richard snarked, 'was he a part of your little orgy?' He himself heard the jealousy dripping from his tone. Henry just inclined his head, a silent, infuriatingly nonchalant admission.
Richard glared at him coldly. Henry felt his fury through the room and was growing quickly tired of it. He rose from his chair, took a step toward the door.
'You sit back down,' came the harsh order from Richard. His eyes spat fire. 'Now.' Henry raised a brow, but obliged. Sank back into his chair.Or: Henry undergoes THE bacchanal (r.i.p. farmer). Richard isn't all too pleased. Revenge somno ensues!

In short, Henry needed more. And though nothing could have filled that black hole in his chest —the one so greedy and wanting for Richard that it kept him up even later than usual, gaping ache in his stomach like someone'd punched a hole in it— he figured that getting to fuck Richard would be a fairly good start.

When college admissions came around and his father was on the warpath, Henry was as glacial as ever. Why did it matter what college he went to if he was already intellectually superior to everyone around him? College, to Henry, was an experiment. A study project. He would act as an ordinary eighteen year old and observe the experience. He wanted to see how his interests were taught in an academic setting, as opposed to the private tutoring and personal study he knew.
And that’s how Henry Winter ended up sitting on the edge of a dormitory bed in Hampden, Vermont.
