Transoribital lobotomy is a surgical interruption of nerve tracts to and from the frontal lobe of the brain, using a picklike instrument, which is forced through the back of the eye socket to pierce the thin bone that separates the eye from the frontal lobe. Presumably, the goal was to sever connections between the prefrontal cortex and thalamus. Lobotomy was often used as a treatment for mental illness, specifically hallucinations. Patients of lobotomy often experienced reduced self-awareness, responsiveness, and self-control.

So they re-take the trip, and get to Enya's hotel at some point.Jōtarō makes a very, very interesting discovery (he may or may not find out he can go BACK in time and not just stop it), Star is basically a child and things go down... for the better I hope ;)

Kakyoin Noriaki was one of those people, barely escaping alive - he had no right to complain, he knew, he wasn't the only one - and in his still vulnerable state, Jotaro convinced him to come with him to the States to study with him and live with him, under a false name, for protection, they said - what beautiful lies Jotaro told him back then.
Although he lives just a few meters away, it feels like he's next to a stranger, that is happily moving on with his life, while Noriaki is left behind.
He's fine, he'll manage, it was always him and Hierophant Green against the world, what difference does it make now?
Accepting his fate, it all changes when an envelope with an aristocratic handwriting slides trough his post hole.
